Baylee is incredible! We had him out for a routine tankless flush and I addressed some of our other concerns with him in regards to our plumbing. He gave me three different options for solutions and took the time to create estimates for each and talk through all of my questions. We ended up going with a Halo 5 installation that spanned 3 days and we could not be more pleased! Baylee is polite, honest, fair, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond to make sure our family was taken care of -- huge kudos to Baylee and team!

He went over everything with me in detail, what the issues were, and my options for remediation. I chose to go all-out and replace the system. Ive used this company for adding insulation to my attic space. They came on time, set-up, and started their job. The unit which blows the insulation is much quieter than I thought it could be. It took approximately 1-1/2 hrs. They cleaned up and left.The men were polite, professional, and knew their job.Great experience. Would highly recommend this company.Prior to this they added a new AC, heater and dehumidifier to our home. Works great.UPDATE: 10/2024. LEX installed a new electrical panel to our home, new sockets and covers, helped re-wire a plug for the garage, and added an exterior plug to the front.Consummate professionals, but nice, friendly and respectful of our property.Hats off to John Cook, for bringing the panel to our attention, and Tyler and Imer for their outstanding electrical work.Will definitely call on this company to help us in the future.

I called Lex yesterday to schedule a plumber to come to the house and look at an issue we were having with our kitchen line. I called to schedule at 10:00am and Chris M. was there by 1:30! He did a very thorough job investigating the problem and provided me with 3 different options to fix it. I had received an estimate from a different company and Lexs final costs were much lower. Chris was very professional and took time to explain the issue, ways to fix it, and pros/cons for each option. This was my first time working with Lex but can promise you that it wont be my last!

Nobody wants to have issues with their AC/Heating Systems - but if you do - Lex Air makes resolving the issues as pleasant and painless as possible.Every Lex Air employee that we have dealt with has been professional, responsive, and kind. From the time you call and speak to someone about scheduling an appointment, to having the issue diagnosed, to having the repairs/replacements completed - you are treated as a VIP.Last week, we had to replace our 30 year old furnace. Blake Monforte arrived on time, did a thorough evaluation, and presented us with our options. He patiently answered all of our questions and there was no hard sell. Just helping us understand the issue(s) and weigh our options. He brings years of experience to his job and treated us with kindness and professionalism.Carlos Jimenez and his team performed the removal of the old furnace and install of the new furnace - again with extreme care and professionalism. Laid down plastic to protect our carpets, wore booties inside our home, worked hard with all of the parts going up/down the attic stairs and our new furnace was up and running in around 3 hours. Carlos patiently answered all of my questions and explained everything to the level of detail that I wanted.Lex Air then sent a QC tech to verify all of the work and also scheduled our required inspection with the City of Garland.This is the fourth or fifth time weve used Lex Air over the course of many years (all for different issues as our equipment has aged) and we continue to be impressed and grateful. If there were such a thing as AC/Heating VIP Service then this is it!

Very pleased. Decided to do a full system update to replace 20 year old Trane equipment. Short-listed Lex based on numerous favorable Google reviews and being Trane authorized dealer. Decided to use XV18 and XV17 AC units coupled with 100KBTU and 120KBTU gas furnaces. Surveyed existing installation and quoted on Monday (along with competitor quotes), arranged 6 month 0% interest financing and agreed on final price on Wednesday (painless), installed in a single long day on Thursday and fully functional before the onset of arctic blasts. Customer rep (Paul Head) and 2 installation crews professional and a pleasure to deal with. Installation crews were neat, proficient, pleasant to work with and demonstrated superior workmanship. Walked thru all details of what they did and why. Limited interface with home office staff was positive. At this point, very satisfied. Put LEX on my list of recommended contractors.

I had to replace my 22 year old Trane system (condenser, coil, furnace). John came out the same day, inspected the system and provided several options for me to choose from. He took the time to explain each option and answer all of my questions. That evening I made my choice and sent a text to John. He was able to get me on the schedule for the following day.The install crew arrived at 7:40 in the morning and got started right away. The crew leader was very respectful to me and my home, and most importantly, made sure my three dogs were safe.The install was completed by 1:00 (much quicker than I anticipated) and the crew left my garage cleaner that when they started.My entire interaction with Lex Air was professional and friendly. All in all, I feel they provide a much higher level of service before, during and after the install. Job well done!

I cancelled my membership with prior company and signed up with Lex. The professionalism, attention to detail and knowledge of HVAC was outstanding!

I had a clogged air-conditioner line, and the water was overflowing the drain pan under the unit, in the attic. The overflowing water was leaking in the attic and seeping through my ceiling in the family room. I called a local air-conditioner repair company, and they came out and unstopped the drain line. They said theyd send me a quote tomorrow for the pan replacement & try to install it then. I never heard back from them the next day. I called and got no response.The following day I was able to get someone on the phone and they eventually sent the quote, but no assigned repair date.By now water is ruining my ceiling because the leak wasnt fixed properly.I then called Lex Air. They arrived within an hour, gave me a quote, and went to their shop and picked up a new pan. They came back within 45 minutes, and they unclogged the drain line properly, replaced and repaired the sensors with the new pan within 1 1/2 hrs.They did exactly what they promised, and they were very courteous & professional.Sherlock PippinsDallas, Texas

He was able to diagnose the problem. Upon discussing the issue he was very knowledgeable. David addressed my concerns & explained what he would be able to replace & repair. It was very hot in the attic with the temperature of 100 degrees. He did not allow that to intervene with his job duties. work. I was satisfied with his work.

I contacted Go Heating and Air to replace an outdoor unit that critters had decided to use as a shelter away from the heat. After receiving a quote that, based on competitor’s quotes was very fair, they sent a technician from Lex Air to replace the complete system (indoor and outdoor). Dustin and Team did a phenomenal job replacing the outdoor unit and unit in the attic. The Team showed up on time, were very professional/personable and did a very clean installation. A week later, another technician was sent to review the work and ensure everything was done correctly. I have used Go Heating and Air/Lex Air at two residents and over the last 7 years and have never had a bad experience and would highly recommend. Lex Air is a remarkable HVAC company. They installed a fairly-priced new 4.5 ton and 4 ton system in my home two years ago. Installation was top-notch professional and they came back several times to make sure I was happy with my new system. Since then they have come out twice yearly to check everything and have been most helpful answering all my questions. Their service and quality beat all the other more expensive HVAC companies I have had service my homes in the past 38 years (and I have tried them all)! I cannot recommend them enough.

They have been able to keep up the quality of both the technical work and the customer service. Only moderate price increase. Over the last couple of years they used to send to my house Steven. Perfect work. This year the June service was performed by Reece - very good work as well. I would definitely recommend Lex Air.

I have had several inspections with Lex Air and they have never left without making sure that as homeowners we understand our service and what to do to get the best usage out of the units.The last three technicians that serviced my units has been on point and knowledgeable. The service has been preventive maintenance since the units are 5 years old. Lex Air installed the units during our build and they are going above and beyond to make sure our units stay in tip top shape.
