They were able to schedule an appointment quickly and arrived right on time. The technician, Joe, was professional and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the problem and explaining it to me in simple terms. He had the necessary parts with him and got the unit up and running in no time.I appreciated how thorough he was with the repair and even took the time to clean the filters and check for any other potential issues. The price was fair, and there were no hidden fees, which was a relief. My A/C is working perfectly now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. This was a home warranty claim for uneven air flow. The tech checked the whole system, did some testing and found nothing wrong. He walked us through best way to use the dual zone. He was also pleasant and friendly.

I had an issue with my heat and was referred by my home warranty to Lenari. From the moment Joseph arrived onsite, he exhibited great customer service. As he was diagnosing my HVAC, he went above and beyond to ensure he checked and rechecked my unit to resolve my issue. He was very thorough and transparent to make sure I understood why and what led to my heat not working.I would definitely recommend Lenari for any of your HVAC issues. Joseph is a consummate professional.

I have worked with Joe for years, and he is the most accountable contractor I know. Always prompt, very transparent, and great communicator. Does what he says he’s going to do and will communicate clearly if any issues or change in services required. Have hired Joe for a number of houses and will continue to as my number one option for AC, electrical, or plumbing issues going forward.

Lenari A/C and Refrigeration provided my family with the greatest service possible. They stood by family as we dealt tirelessly with the Warranty company, often at times going back and forth with Warranty company whenever they could be of help. They came out numerous times to take the photos of my unit that were required by the Warranty company. Once the Warranty company finally approved the repairs, Lenari A/C made sure the repairs that I need it were done quickly and professionally. This was in late August, and they still contact me to see how things are going. Lenari A/C and Refrigeration is a great company that puts the customer first.

Lenari was fast to come look at my old furnace (1983) and we quickly determined it wasnt worth trying to fix it for one more year. Lenari was able to get a new furnace installed the next day; just in time for several days of cold weather.
