I have been to this shop several times. I got my timing belt, water pump, front axels, rack and pinion bushings changed. Great services and best prices definitely recommend i 35 tire and auto service.Great place to do A/C service, oil changes and alignment as well, they have the best deals, recently took my Honda civic for oil change and A/c service they did a great job.I have had miscellaneous work done on my camping trailer as well, they are always willing to help.

I had an excellent experience with this team—they are honest, professional, and efficient. I came in for a wheel alignment and tire rotation, and they completed the work quickly. The waiting area was comfortable, making the experience even better.I thought I needed new tires, but they assured me my tires were still in good condition and suggested I come back in about six months for a recheck. Their honesty and transparency really stood out to me.The manager was fantastic—we had a great conversation, and their friendly demeanor made the visit even more enjoyable. I won’t go anywhere else from now on!

Gentleman at the counter was kind and prompt on helping me. Clean lobby, bathroom, AC, and soda and water while I wait. Came for the $18.50 Texas Inspection vs the $25 I always see. Cheap oil change, too. Over heard on conversation on the phone that they do make appointments, but also do walk ins. My car was brought to the bay and on the lift within 5 minutes of me finishing about what I need done. Great place off the highway!

A very honest establishment. I went in worrying that the alignment of a car was off after hitting a median. He checked it, then showed me there was no problem and sent me on my way.I likely would have bought a service I didnt need had it been sold to me, but I was dealt with fairly here.

Came here for an oil change. I found this place on Groupon and I called. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and professional. He gave me a same day appointment and when I went in they helped me right away. I also was able to get a great quote for new tires. The wait time wasn’t long and they have coffee and cookies while you wait. Check this place out. Good prices and good service.

I had a great experience at I-35 Tire & Auto Service. I went there for the first time due to the positive reviews I read online. Was quickly checked in and their lobby was clean. The gentleman at the front desk explained how much the alignment and inspection would cost. Dropped off the vehicle and in less than two hours I was called to let me know that the vehicle was ready for pick up. Alignment was correct to spec and was given the print out of the work completed. There was no upselling and the vehicle drives like new.

I had the best experience with this business today. They were able to get me in for an alignment same afternoon, replaced a tire with a snapped belt, and rotated my tires. I was out in under an hour and for about half the cost I was expecting. Fast and friendly service, comfortable waiting area, and under 10 minutes from home. I will definitely be back when needed.

I took my daughters car here 1/26/24. Had plugs and coils replaced, also cooling system flush and oil change. She had gotten a quote from Christian Brothers Automotive for the same work which was substantially higher than here. KG (the owner) did what he said he would do at the price he quoted and car was ready when he said it would be. Based on my experience I would recommend I-35 Tire and Auto to anyone.This business was previously Riz Auto Service. My church had their buses worked on there is how I found out about them.

Excellent place to have your vehicle checked they will tell you almost exactly what it needs and I have been there 2 times for an alignment and change of new tires they also give you very good prices and they are very honest with what your vehicle needs very quickly they do the job.. if it needs anything else My car would immediately return to that place.
