    From getting an estimate to getting the work done, couldnt have asked for a better install of complete HVAC system. Install crew was friendly, professional and very tidy (made my wife happy). They actually made a few logical improvements to my set-up that I never noticed. Emily in their office was very helpful thru the entire process. All in all, I highly recommend Hauer Brothers and I will be using them for all my HVAC needs in the future.

    Called kinda late on a Friday was expecting someone being able to come out sometime next week, was called back within 15 minutes, was told technician could be here between 5 and 7pm. Technician showed up a little after 6 was here for a while, got the unit running. Keep in mind this was fairly late on a Friday. I am greatly appreciative to have found a company that holds a high standard for their profession and customers.

    Hauer Brothers saved my six pets and me. A technician was sent out right after 5:00 p.m. when most people are closing for the day and dont want to be bothered. He found the issue right away and repaired it. The cost was much lower than what I thought it would be. This company is always so thoughtful and cares about what its customers are going through and !tries to get everything fixed as soon as possible and as inexpensively as possible. Thank you so much for getting my air conditioner running again!

    Hauer brothers and crew were a joy to work with and delivered everything they promise and then some. Unlike most contractors and service people that just want to get in and out and bill, Hauer brothers take pride in the installation and service they provide and want you to be satisfied with the work that is quoted.     Ron and Christian were awesome! They diagnosed the issue immediately upon opening the cover, then found and fixed 6 leaks. They did not try to force a full new system purchase like many companies will do and instead showed confidence they could fix all the leaks. They also worked very late to finish the job to completion as they fist arrived near quitting time. They system works great now and is blowing ice cold air. Im very pleased with the service and I would recommend Hauer Brothers to anyone with HVAC issues.

Most recently, we had a lightning strike that wreaked havoc on multiple AC units and Sam spent hours tracking down the issues.     Hauer Brothers did a great job for us. They installed a mini-split in our garage in one day. Great crew, explained how to operate the device. Garrett suggested we work with BEC , the co-op has grant program which we were able to use. The cost of the unit has been prorated 10 years at 1% interest which adds very little to our monthly electric bill. THANK YOU!

    Our AC was not operating properly. We called and they came the same day…IN THE RAIN at the very end of the day!! Ronnie set up his equipment and began diagnostics. The equipment was found to has a blockage. After several attempts to get the equipment to reset itself and clear the blockage, a total replacement was suggested. Ronnie took pictures and gathered the necessary documentation and said we should receive a fully explained estimate the next day or so. We had a fully itemized estimate with four options to consider the first thing the next morning.There is no reason for us to look any further than Hauer Brothers. We are fully satisfied with their service, their politeness and their professionalism.
