Great service. Ive used Gulf Coast many times over the years and they have always been honest and upfront with my vehicle needs. Here’s an example of their honesty. Just recently i brought my vehicle in for a check engine light issue. They had to order a part and quoted me a price for the install. They also said that they might have to push a config on the part if it didnt come with one and that would be an extra 125 dollars. They could have easily charged me the extra and i would never have known. But they didnt. This is why it is easy for me to recommend Gulf Coast Auto.

The professionals at Gulf Coast Auto not only got us back on the road promptly and efficiently, they decided on their own will to donate labor to fix our A/C in the van! I have been to and worked in auto shops before, and have never seen quality and pride in one’s work like I have here. I recommend them to ANYONE needing work done on a vehicle.

First off, Gulf Coast Auto Repair are true professionals! My truck engine light came on and I had a fuel pump issue, and Randy the Manager and his team kept me posted all the way!I explained the urgency to Randy that I was starting a new job outside of Texas and he assured me it would be ready but we werent sure it would be covered by the warranty. Randy and his team worked extra hard to ensure that I paid zero dollars and that my truck was ready early Friday afternoon.Every since Ive picked it up, my RAM is running great! I truly appreciate the extra work Randy put in by getting it covered by warranty and also the extra effort his mechanics team did to have my truck ready quickly!Id be a returning customer for sure!

What surprised me the most was, I had them evaluate some routine maintenance repairs; which I was fairly certain needed to be completed. Been using this shop for over 20 years. They do good work with out question. Vehicle repair cost can be costly no matter what shop you use, I find Gulf coast to be honest and upfront about cost after diagnosing issues, giving you the option to move forward with some, or all, or non of the repairs. I have had numerous different vehicles repaired their and they seem to have the know how, and ability to make the necessary repairs no matter the year, make, or model. All that being said, no body is perfect there have been a couple times I have had to return for further diagnosis and repair, but they have warrantied their parts/work and rectified any issues. Turn around time on work is normally timely, often depending on access to getting needed parts, but generally same day or 2. I do recommend them. I gave 4 stars because in anything there is always room for improvement, and I’m a stickler like that.

Excellent work at this shop; the staff will go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle drives or operates exactly how you want and they’ll try their hardest to get you to leave a happy customer, even if you’re the picky type.My alignment on my 2017 2.3L Mustang Convertible was dialed in perfectly, and even after the job was done, I came back the next day and they dialed it in even more to get rid of a slight drift to the left that I returned to complain about.I arrived the morning after initially getting the job done, they drove the car and agreed with me that the alignment could be improved some more, so they dialed it in perfectly to my standards.Very laid back, respectful staff and good affordable results.

Mr. Randy is very informative when explaining what things are wrong and how they can help fix it, and at a fair price. Theyve always been very upfront about the costs before any work is done and they send you off with the peace of mind knowing that they stand by their work so if anything goes wrong theyll always take care of it and leave you a happy and satisfied customer everytime. Ive been taking my cars here for repairs for over 10 years and theyve always been good to me. From Frank, Randy, Blake, and Casey youll find only the greatest customer service with the most fair, and honest auto technicians in all of League City and surrounding. I clipped a piece of wood that fell out of one of the trucks cleaning up from the last storm. It destroyed the drivers front tire and scruffed the back tire. After getting a new tire at NTB, all was fine on the front, but the back had a wiggle.Three trips and two different NTBs they could not resolve that wiggle. So, to Gulf Coast I went. They called me back with the painful news the drive shaft had taken a hit as well and it was no longer straight. At higher speeds, the result was the vibration I was feeling. Yes, it was a clip to the pocketbook, but they managed to find the drive shaft and get it in by the end of the same day. If there is a problem, the folks at Gulf Coast will figure it out and fix it.

Family owned is the key here. There wont be a 20 year old kid turning wrenches on your car. I took my AC in after working on it myself and if youve dealt with shops, they typically will not want to finish other work. The gentleman behind the counter had a wealth of knowledge and noted everything I had completed. They called the next day with the AC ice cold. I cant be happier. Shops like this are getting harder and harder to find. Would highly recommend.

I had two heater hoses that went out and they were able to get me in and taken care of the same day, even with a lot full of cars! They even used the OEM parts which is a plus! Had my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee towed here at the recommendation of a friend. We had changed the thermostat because my Jeep had a minor leak and the light had come on that the engine was too hot. That went away with the new thermostat and topping off the coolant. Two days later, it was Niagara Falls coming from underneath, and it wasn’t drivable. The team at Gulf Coast Auto looked at the cooling system, piece by piece, and diagnosed what was wrong. It turns out the entire system sans hoses was leaking to some degree with the water pump just pouring out coolant. I have to return for another issue, but I’m glad I found a shop I can rely on. They were effective and efficient in diagnosing and repairing my vehicle, and I would recommend them. Blake was my point person and he was great

Just got out of the Navy and moved back to Texas after being gone for 10 years. I have had issues with a squeak in my car for 3 years, I took my car to 3 different shops and had everything known to man replaced/fixed even brake pads and rotors and it never fixed the problem, I got new tires and wheels etc I honestly don’t think any of the places I took my car really replaced my brakesFinally found Frank and he took the time to listen to me and hear me out, he was patient, kind, knowledgeable and understanding. He fixed my car finally and I will not go anywhere else from here on out. Great place, clean, professional, they do what they say in a timely manner and I HIGHLY recommend them.

Truck was in need of some serious work. Clunking sound all the down the street. Asked a few questions to Frank, him and the crew suggested to leave the truck overnight. Not even 24 hrs, the crew was able to rebuild the differential and have the truck up and running on the same day. Very professional and friendly environment. Gulf Coast Auto &Truck Repair did an excellent job on my F250. It broke down the day after I traveled across Texas for treatment at MD Anderson. They had it repaired the next day. Service and communication was outstanding. I am grateful to everyone there and also to the towing service and the gentleman who helped me and recommended them. It was a stressful situation because I am not from the area but now my truck is running great and I highly recommend them.
