    These guys are great! We have an annual service contract and like clockwork we are contacted for AC checkup in Spring and Heater in Fall. We did have to call this past week for a non emergency issue with heater(prior to scheduled service) and the technician came following day. A part needed to be ordered and on the next business day it arrived and was installed before afternoon. The technicians are always polite, punctual, and communicate well regarding required work, parts, and scheduling. They show genuine respect to their customers.

    I was having trouble setting up my smart home thermostat and couldn’t figure out what was causing it to not work. I was looking for a company to help me with the problem and I called them and was able to get help from Mr. David and he gave me a step by step walkthrough on how to fix the problem and I was able to resolve the issue. I would highly recommend anyone who has any HVAC needs to go with them because if there service quality. Overall great experience and will definitely be calling them again if I have any issues in the future.

    David and his entire team were amazing from start to finish. Our AC went out during a week where the temperatures ranged 90 degrees to 96 degrees and were only going to get hotter. Once the technician figured out our Compressor needed to be replaced David contacted our manufacturer and found it was still under warranty saving up hundreds of dollars. And because it would take 2 days for the part to arrive Grimes and Galan Heating and Cooling even provided us with portable window units. David kept in contact with us every step of the way, consistently providing updates. We were really blessed to find them. I highly recommend them. Thank you guys so much!

    My AC stopped working randomly and I really only noticed once I finished work. At nearly 5:00 pm it was nearly 87 in my house. I called a few places and everyone only had availability on Monday. I called Grimes and Galan and David answered immediately. I explained the situation and he was at my house within 20 minutes. Roughly 15 minutes later my AC was back up and running. Highly recommend this friendly and prompt company!

    GRIMES AND GALAN HEATING AND COOLING: Soon after we purchased our home we had a breakdown in our cooling system, the worst time of the year. We called Grimes and Galan, explained our situation and they quickly responded, diagnosed and ordered the parts needed.     Grimes and Galen are the perfect example of small town family owned business with amazing service. The father and son team that own this business were always up front about the situation and pricing, and I never felt like they were trying up-sale me on any of products or services. In fact, when they were out of inventory of the standard thermostat, Grimes and Galen were super nice and upgraded me to the Wi-Fi controlled thermostat for free. I would highly recommend them. They are honest and extremely fast in service. Not to mention their pricing is straight forward with no hidden fees of service like I’ve seen some other A/C companies charge around town. They were also really nice and took the time to explain to me about the tax energy rebate and filled the supplier form for me to submit.

    Went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Had a new evaporator coil installed and had it up and running extremely fast. All the workers were so polite and nice.     I will ALWAYS use these guys in the future. A previous specialist came out and was completely lost. After sinking a few hundred dollars into his work, I was no better off. Grimes and Galan answered my call, came out to see me a couple hours later, and were very swift in fixing my issues. And even though home warranty didn’t cover my repairs, they did it for a great price, about 60% of the cost of a similar service at another local hvac specialist.Very professional, very fast, and very quality work.     Ever meet people and you liked them instantly? I had the pleasure of meeting both owners of this business today. Personability, patience, and professional are my 3 Ps of business and both owners were on top of it! They answered every question and I got to know them a little on a personal level as well. I really hate it when HVAC people come in and dont feel they have to explain anything to you. This team is the opposite of that and took me, step by step, into what work was done.     Ac went down and after testing a few of the ususal components (to now avail) it was time to call the professionals.Thier service call showed an evaporator coil leak and coolant was out completely. Happened a few months after warranty period. Luckily these guys installed a new one sized perfectly for our home and installed a UV light to keep the new coil clean. System cools great 👍. Really appreciate thier service and professionalism! Highly recommended.

    Excellent service, Johnny-on-the-spot, extremely knowledgeable. Ive engaged Mr. Grimes services twice now, and both times he was professional, quick to schedule me in (I mean, within an hour of the call), and not only fixed the problem but looked out for me. The first call--about a year ago--was after engaging a more well-known company. After several rounds with them, I called Mr. Grimes. He not only fixed the problem they couldnt (and in a timely way), but he also informed me that the parts they had replaced had been warrantied and they shouldnt have charged me for them in the first place. Thanks to his attention to detail--and customer care--I got $450 back from the first service company. Highly recommended!

    Excellent service. I called late on a VERY hot evening when my AC completely gave up the ghost and they were here first thing the next morning and got the old unit running until a new one could be ordered.The men were very knowledgeable, thorough and cleaned up after themselves completely. He found the problem and let me know he could fix the old unit, but since the unit was so old and worn out it should be replaced. He gave me a good deal, so we decided to replace the system with a new more efficient system. He had it replaced by that afternoon. He came back the next day to make sure everything was still good.     I had a unit that was in desperate need of replacing to make it through another Texas summer. After looking through the numerous AC contractors in the Brazos valley I came across David and couldnt have been more pleased.     My AC capacitor went out I made 3 phone calls to the corporate AC guys and had to cancel appointments with them because I called Dennis and he asked if I was at home and came out within 30 minutes to solve the problem.There are 3 important issues I look for in a business, honesty, trust, and integrity. Dennis has all 3 and more, he never mentioned once about an up front service fee just came out solved the problem within 2 hours and got paid. If something wasnt right he was going to make it right .Please if you are looking for someone to do your AC and Heating repairs call Dennis and give him the opportunity, you wont regret it!!! He will do right no matter what and build a working relationship with you. Do the right thing and call Dennis!!

    Superior service! If I could give another star, I would!Responded to the call in under an hour; Identified the problem in less than 5 minutes; Replaced the defective part on the spot; and continued the service to include checking requisite gas pressures- which he stated were within normal thresholds. All this while training his assistant on the job!This man knows his work; is technically proficient, tactically efficient and trustworthy! What else is there!??

    Bought a home and had AC problems in the first month of owning it, AC went out on a Thursday just before Fathers Day weekend and I called everyone in the BCS Area all of them told me itd be Monday maybe before anyone could do a diagnostic on my unit. Then I called Dennis and got him personally he said Ill be there, he showed up within an hour, got my unit running with some freon, the leak was real hard to find, went to my dads, came home Sunday to a hot house, called Dennis at 5pm on fathers day, he had plans, but came out anyways, found the leak in my outside unit, we stayed in a hotel that night, met him at 8:30 am Monday, he and his very knowledgeable assistant Daniel, put in a new outside unit that day for I feel a good price, he threw in a digital thermostat for me for free after the work was done, came back by today to make sure everything was fine and that the freon levels were correct. Felt nice to be taken care of with no BS or run around, hes a straight shooter and thats hard to find these days. Its an icebox in here now. Thanks a lot Dennis and Daniel. (I dont post many reviews but noticed he hadnt had many reviews online he did me right so thats why Im here)
