    My 24 year old furnace stopped working. Isaac came out and diagnosed, anwered all my questions, and gave me a quote for a new one on the spot. The quote was a good price as I had another company come out and do the same, but their quote was much higher. Fredy, their installer was out the next morning and had the new unit installed in 2 1/2 hours. He was knowledgeable and cleaned up completely. Furnace works great. Will continue to use EXPO in the future.

    Arrived on time and the service was quick and efficient. Very straight to the point on what was damaged and what may have caused it. The technician even recommended that clean the outside unit and even informed me they can also do it if I would have liked. I simply loved how professional they are from the phone call to the service!!! Simply amazing!!!

    UPDATE- Feb 2025: These guys have to be the best HVAC guys on the planet. My 20 yr old furnace started blowing cold air at 6pm, so I called Expo. Aside from not having any heat ... barreling towards Houston is a predicted two days of below 20 deg hard freezes (AKA the pipe busters). Helloooo ... I dont have new furnace money laying around in my sock drawer. So they set me up with their Finance folks .. like IMMEDIATE approval ... a loan amortized out over 5 years (giving me low mo payments) that can be pre-paid without penalty and NO INTEREST for the first 25 months -- stretching everything out and giving me time to pay it all down with no interest! And then he says.. well install it tomorrow; I have an equipment warehouse -- we got you. Im pulling the equipment for your house now. At 7:10 am the next morning they are backing into my driveway. The installation is complete by 11 am and everything is pristinely cleaned up, and blessed heat is flooding my house from the new Carrier unit.(a top rated unit, not some sketchy equipment) -AND- they are taking care of filing all the Warranty paperwork and will email me the completed docs. I told you before and am telling you again ... THESE ARE THE GUYS!!! Call them so they can be YOUR guys! Nobody will EVER take care of you the way these guys do.= = = = = = =Previous Review: These are the guys you want taking care of your HVAC. I always get 5-star service from them .. for over 10 years now. Prompt, responsive, knowledgeable, reliable -- you know like REAL customer service used to be ... and you thought it had disappeared forever. Nope. You can have it again ... you just need the right team --- and these guys are it.

    Issac was great and walked me through the issues with our AC unit and did a great job making some quick fixes for now and we got a fast quote for a more permanent fix and they’ve already scheduled to do the work in the next few days. Ok today, a few days later from my first post, a few technicians came out and installed the extra return air and everything was fast and professional. Only thing is we need to paint the return grate black. Definitely will use Expo again!

    We signed up for the annual service contract, and today was the 2nd 6 month service for this year. Im so glad we did this. Not only are the service techs knowledgeable and helpful, they also let me know what they did and where the rooms are that may be hotter in winter and colder in summer due to ducting. It certainly reminds us to have ac filters ready when they get here, and they install them for us each time. Terrific company and personnel. I highly recommend them.

    I have dealt with other companies who promise that they fixed the problem when in reality it wasn’t done properly. These guys find the true problem and they actually fix it properly. They don’t try to sell you on something else and say it’s the reason it doesn’t work. Isaac Rios was a great tech and fast.

    Professional, efficient, and clean as always. Thats why expo is my go to for HVAC.Edit: after the work was completed, I noticed that we had no cold air. So I was able to contact them on a Sunday and get them back first thing in the morning Monday. Technician had accidentally pulled wire on the way out of my attic Which I don’t blame him for since my attic is far less than desirable space to be in. But he came back out he fixed it and I wasn’t charged for it. Still 5 stars in my opinion. Reliable and honest.

    After arriving home from a trip and walking into a very hot house. I called Expo. They told me what things I could check. And those things didn’t take care of the situation. They came out early the next day and took care of the problem. They came out the following week for a routine service call already scheduled and doubled checked everything for me. I also had them install a thermostat that I can watch the temp of the house when I am away. Very friendly and very helpful. Will use them again if needed

    I am soooo incredibly thankful for expo!!!! They came out within an hour of me calling, not having ac for 6 hours in texas is horrible.     We had two furnaces that were reaching the end of their life. We have used Expo Heating and Cooling for several years and they have given us exceptional service. On this occasion because of the new HVAC rules and legislation I asked them to quote me two furnaces and one condenser in December before the new rules took effect. I compared their price to another companys quote and went with Expo. They came out the next day and did the complete installation in one day. They took out the old equipment, clean up the attic area, tested the system, and then gave me a quick tour. I wish other companies were as easy to work with. Very satisfied with the price, timely installation and the friendly service from Freddie, Isaac, and Jabran.

    2 techs (Isaac and associate) arrived at my house, exactly as scheduled for a tune up and annual maintenance. Both gentleman were very courteous, professional and knew what they were talking about.     Had a Issue with my A/C not turning on. Had several negative experiences with HVAC tech in the past which let me to pray for a good one.I contacted EXPO Heating and Cooling due to their customer reviews and to say it was definitely a prayer answered.They sent Isaac their HVAC tech to my home and the man is definitely on top of his game. Watching him troubleshooting my HVAC system and finding a problem was very impressive. Myself as a certified Aircraft Maintenance Tech, I can truly say that his troubleshooting and repair skills are exceptional and beyond any industry standard.My system is now fixed and working as normal.I would like to conclude that if you are not into pricing games and just want your HVAC system fixed at a fair price, I would strongly recommend this company. (very cheap is not always the best and you will pay for it later)Also if you are like me and value preventative maintenance on your system, this is definitely the company to use.

    Great service! Ac fan went out today three years after they installed the whole system. I called them today, they showed up today, and replaced the fan the same day. Amazing! The part was covered under my Trane ten year warranty. I didn’t even have to show them my warranty. They still my record file which they pulled up and they placed the order. They just replaced an evaporator coil in our attic; and before beginning the work put down protective covering on our flooring, all the way up the stairs and on the second floor.     I have used Expo Heating and Cooling Inc several times now. The first time I selected them was due to their availability. They are able to fit people in within a few days. (Super important in Texas during the summer!)The last time they looked at my unit was due to the AC no longer blowing cool air. They told me I had a crack in my evaporator coil and quoted me a price that had me sweating. I called several other AC service companies in the Houston area. Their price was about average, which made me feel more comfortable.They were able to quickly do the job the next work day. Showed up promptly (they have been on time every time they came over). They showed me that they had ordered the name brand part that they quoted me for and showed me the damage on the previous coil. They even installed a thermostat for free when they repaired the unit.I would recommend using their services if you are having AC issues in North Houston area.

    We Needed our 14 year old AC system replaced and after getting estimates from all over town EXPO was the best company. we went with them because of their great pricing and honesty.I am so happy we went with them, they replaced my system in seven hours and they did a fantastic job, the owner Jubran was checking on the work before during and after and we just love how involved he was with every part of the process.     My 20 year old AC system started acting up and I had to get it repaired a couple of times. I finally figured out it was no longer worth it spending money on repairs, so I did some research and looked up local HVAC companies. I chose Expo Heating & cooling based on their excellent customer reviews, and I decided to give them a call. A technician showed up at my house and looked at my old system… The tech inspected my outside unit and furnace and advised me to get a complete AC system installed! The tech was not pushy to sell me anything and I could tell that he was pretty honest… He gave me a fair quote right away and offered all buying options available (financing, credit card, cash payments prices…). I chose to pay cash and received the best offer!The technicians showed up at my place on Saturday around 7:30 am and the entire install was completed by 3:00 pm. I was impressed by the way the technicians treated my house (they covered the floor and stairs to avoid making any messes, and they cleaned when they were done! No dents, no scratches on walls despite all the heavy parts they handled and all the messy wet old equipment they removed from the attic of my two story home). The boss showed up by the time the install was done and inspected everything thoroughly. He then asked me to check if everything was good… I got 10 year parts warranty and two year labor. My AC works great and I’m glad I had the entire AC system changed. Expo took care of the product registration and they emailed me all the invoices and registration/warranty documents. I highly recommend this HVAC company.

    Expo came out on a Saturday morning to evaluate my AC that died on a Friday night. They were on time and so professional. They got me a reasonable estimate immediately and were able to complete a new install the next week. I was also very pleased to see that not only did they wear booties when they came in to check my AC, but when it was install day, they lined all carpeted areas with a drop cloth to keep from ruining my carpets.     My a/c stopped cooling the night before, so I contacted Expo Heating and Cooling through their website first thing the next morning around 7 a.m. and within minutes I got a text message saying an appointment was scheduled for the technician to arrive later that day between 12-3 p.m. then I get another text around 10:30 a.m. saying they were on the way. They arrived and replaced the capacitor in my unit which had apparently been burned out from a power surge. Due to the extremely hot weather, we have been having, I am happy that Expo was able to come so quickly and repair my unit I purchased from them in 2017.

They also recognized a plumbing issue (clog) in the house and recommended a very competent Plumber (Peters Plumbing) that was also very thorough and charged a fair price. All issues were resolved! Ive used Expo for years now to do yearly maintenance on my system and Isaac has been my tech for the past few visits. Hes polite and courteous and most of all, honest.     There is absolutely no better company to repair your home AC... period. I have lived in hot climates my entire life and have never dealt with such prompt professionalism. I had a major repair done just recently. Not only did they offer the best rates, they REFUSED to add on additional work that every other company suggested or insisted on. This saved me hundreds of dollars. And get this, they just came out for FREE to deal with a thermostat issue I was dealing with because we just care about our customers. WHO DOES THIS????? I called 5 companies from J Moore to 5 other companies and this was the best value. I was nervous at first ( I jus don’t trust most companies ) but when I met them and they showed me the problem and the price i was deeply satisfied … there very passionate and caring. And I never seen anyone dissasemble the unit so fast and knowledgeable.     Had several in the business come and evaluate our home to repair/replace our AC. Most said just keep adding freon and would refuse replacing the unit claiming it was too big of a job. Most would come in and wanted too much money claiming they would require removing parts of the ceiling or roof! Well, Expo had our backs! Finally, when we were able to make a move and were almost done with Harvey repairs they came in and took out our old unit from the 1980s without having to remove any portions of our ceiling or roof! Freddy came on time and worked very hard! The entire crew is so careful yet work seamlessly with eachother. They took their time and you can tell they cared about us because of their work quality. They left our house and lawn spotless! Our new AC unit has been working beautifully for over a couple of months now. Our home cools very efficiently! Even in August, we didnt hear our unit running around the clock to keep cool! Im so thankful that the owner took note of my daughters and my allergies. He suggested an air purification system and our allergies have gone down significantly. Usually, we would take a pill daily. Now, we dont have to worry about sitting inside the home with allergy issues and my daughter hasnt even touched her inhaler since we got the unit replaced.     I have been using Expo for the last 3 years since we got our house. I always have them come over before summer to do a check up on the AC unit. Fast forward to this month, our AC broke down on a hot Thursday night. Called Expo the following day at 6:30am. Call was answered right away and they were able to arrange to come look at the unit THE SAME DAY! Techs were very professional and knowledgeable. It turned out our AC unit would need to be replaced. And the most incredible part was that they were able to do it on the very next day on Saturday morning. Installation was quick and they left the house clean. As we are currently experiencing a shortage of new units in Houston area due to reduced mfg associated with COVID, Expo owner reached outside of the Houston supply chain to find me a system. Their team are all well groomed guys that are engaging and kind. I am very comfortable with their team being in my home with only my wife and kids there. They did confirm and replaced. also offering me a second item that acts like a surge suppressor protecting the new capacitor. since the unit was 20 years old I agreed. AC started working all was good. however in the next 12 hours the unit stopped cooling twice.I called and did get a prompt call (6:30am) and they were back out to my place by 8:00am the next day. IThey found out the second item had broke and thus killing power to compressor. They removed this item and kept the replacement new capacitor on the unit and low and behold, it started up just fine. It was not determined why the3 second part broke, but the system is working fine now and cooling as desired. 4 stars would be a result of the need for a second trip. but at this point I am satisfied and would use them again.

    A few days ago HVAC HEROES came to my house and charged me $69.95 to diagnose my ac issue. The guy ended up telling me I had to pay $7,000 for several things that needed to be replaced. I wanted a second opinion so I called EXPO. Twal Jubran from Expo called me and said he would take a look FOR FREE! He checked in the attic just like the guy from HVAC HEROES and found that the only thing needed was a new filter! He even sent me which filter to buy for my unit. Now my ac is running great again.     After the usual frustrating experience with my home warranty company and their selected contractor and with two A/C units out at my home in 90 degree heat, I was looking for a more reliable, trustworthy A/C company. I submitted an online request with information to two companies whose online reviews I had read. The reviews for both were positive. Jubran, with Expo Heating & Cooling called me back immediately. It was already late afternoon and he came to inspect the situation first thing the next morning. He was extremely pleasant and helped educate me on life expectancy of air conditioners, the R22 refrigerant phase out and my options for repair / replacement. I elected to replace both systems and the price was more than fair. His team started installing the systems the very next day. They laid floor coverings over the entire path to the units and work areas. Jubran checked in on several occasions to verify the system operation and that cleanliness was up to his standards. He even checked the operation of my furnace, found an issue and repaired that with no additional charge, likely saving me a repair call out this coming winter. Im extremely happy with my equipment but even more happy with the way Expo conducts business. Oh....and the other company that I solicited for information / pricing finally called me back....the same day Jubran finished installing two complete systems!     Wonderful experience. Technicians arrived on time, called ahead and were very professional. They had to investigate some vibration/noise coming from the hvac motor. They took their time and were meticulous in inspecting all areas of the unit. They discovered that debris from when the house was build had been trapped and wrapped in the motor blades!     Jubran stopped by yesterday to replace the capacitor on my AC unit, which apparently is one of the most common bad parts as well as the easiest and one of the cheapest parts to replace, but I would have never known to look for it if he didnt educate me, so Thanks! Jubran was very punctual, professional, and polite. He called me well in advance, once at the start of the day, and once again when he was 30 minutes away. He cleaned up after himself, double-checked his work, and stuck around for 10-15 minutes to make sure everything continued to work well. Prices were below average. I paid $225 for a service that ranges $150-350+, based on a quick google search, so Im comfortable with that margin. He made other repair recommendations but was not pushy at all. Id call Jubran and Expo back, and would recommend them to friends.
