    I’ve called Eddie’s twice over the last few years, and I will be calling them whenever needs come up. Their tech Travis came by today and was the picture of professionalism, respect, kindness and technical expertise.     I called Eddies Heating & Air Conditioning after meeting with one of its competitors. I told the competitor the same thing I told James when I called Eddies. I wanted to meet with someone in the company to discuss installing new HVAC systems in several of our rental properties.At the competitor, I met with the Operations Manager. But when I started asking questions about air conditioners, he told me he was on the plumbing side of the business. That was no help, so when I spotted Eddies on the Internet, I gave them a call.Eddie came to my house to meet with me because I also wanted someone to check one of our air conditioners that wasnt working as it should. He checked the air conditioner and then gave me an education about air conditioners.The builder installed the cheapest Builder-Grade air conditioner that Carrier makes, he told me. It only has a five year warranty, and after 11 years, it is failing. In fact, it was frozen.Eddie still recommended carrier air conditioners, but he told me about its mid-range systems called Promise, which come with ten year warranties. He told me the prices of the size of the systems I needed, and it was as good as the prices of the off-brands I had been looking at.I learned that Eddie built and then sold an HVAC company. I learned that he is certified at the highest level by Carrier, and when other Carrier dealers have problems, Carrier sends them to Eddie for help.Eddie is now building another HVAC company, and so far, Eddies has installed a replacement HVAC system at my house and at three of our rental properties.If you are looking for help with your HVAC system, I recommend that you call Eddies for the help you need.

    Eddie, Erik, and his entire team were very professional and efficient with replacing my 2 AC units & evaporator coils! They worked diligently (no dings), going in and out the house to the attic and to the outside condenser. When they were done, the work areas were left very clean - nothing a quick vacuum couldnt pick up. Their cost was competitive as they came in the middle out of my other 2 quotes.     Eddies Heating and Air is an awesome company! The techs are very knowledgeable and professional. They will tell you exactly what the issue is and what it will take to resolve the issue. I called multiple companies for quotes to have my evaporator coil replaced, and Eddie (The owner) called me back directly, and gave me the BEST price of them all! He was the most affordable. Just a great, nice, and Honest guy! Very easy to talk to. He takes his time to diagnose the problem, and walk you through things step by step, so you understand. They came in, did the job the same day, and my home was nice a cool afterwards. I also had an additional Emergency situation regarding my unit months later. I called Eddie directly, and he had a service tech come out less than an hour later to fix my problem! A total life saver!     I live in Sugar Land, TX. My furnace went out this week and I called Eddie’s (I had used them last year for some AC problems I had and remembered they were great). Service tech (Erik) came the next day, yesterday, and diagnosed the problem and this morning two young men came and did the install work (Daniel and Israel). All three gentlemen represented their company extremely well and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. Very impressive! Would highly recommend!

    I contacted Eddies air conditioning service on Thursday to get my annual maintenance done. I spoke with Eddie directly and he told me he could have somebody out the following day. The technician that showed was Eric and he did an exceptional job, very efficient and professional he didnt have a maintenance tool on the truck at the time and he came back on Saturday at no additional charge just to make sure I received the annual service I needed. Outstanding job and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

    One of our units were going out on us and we needed to have it replaced and we called around and got a few different quotes and Eddie gave us the best one. He had his guys come out the next day and they did a great job. We have a tight staircase and they had to go into the attic and they had no issues moving the old unit out and bringing up the new one. I couldn’t recommend Eddie and his team enough. I’d also like to add we had our carpet replaced a few months ago upstairs and I was worried about them possibly getting it messed up and dirty but they put plastic down which I really appreciated. Very quick response time and did a fantastic job. We have a second one that will need to be replaced eventually and we will be using Eddie again.

    Eddies is a first class operation! We had our AC unit go out and he was extremely quick to reply with a quote, options, and called immediately to discuss (on a Friday night). He had his guys at the house first thing Monday morning to begin demo and installation.Eddies crew (Daniel, Ishmael, Eric and a 4th gentleman whose name I didnt catch) were outstanding. They completed the install of the new condenser, coil, and furnace in a day. They then came back to install upgraded duct work and a new thermostat. The crew was extremely professional, competent, efficient, and friendly. Eddie was prompt to follow up and ask how they performed, and they walked me through everything they had done before collecting payment and leaving the property.We will definitely be calling Eddies again in the future for spring and fall check-ups and any maintenance needs we have.

    This company was a life saver. I called them back in July in a must need AC check and potentially repair/replace. I called on a Thursday wishing and crossing my fingers they could come out same day. They could come after hours but at an extra cost. I decided to wait for the next day. Erica, the receptionist, told me she would see if someone could come out the same day. They made it happen. Someone was able to come out that day and determine that I needed a new system.I was scheduled for a replacement for Monday, then they called me and said they would have to come out Tuesday. Knowing I didnt have AC, they made it work and came out Monday. Thank goodness.Erica was so sweet, personable, and honestly that made the whole process bareable. First impressions are golden and I would absolutely recommend them and will continue to reach out to them.     When our AC went out on a Sunday evening, Eddies was able to come out first thing the next morning. The repair was quick and inexpensive, and we were so pleased with the service that we asked for a quote for some ductwork and other issues with our system. Wed been given multiple quotes for the project, and Eddies was the lowest of the bunch -- and they also proved that another company wed used for years had exaggerated the extent of some moisture damage, and the actual work needed was less extensive than wed thought.They came to do the entire job just 2 days later, and when they discovered that one of the plenums they intended to replace was actually perfect as it was, they took the new one back and the total ended up being even lower than expected. The service crew was friendly and professional, and were so thankful to have the project checked off our list!

    Sunday evening before Memorial Day the A/C went out. Earlier in the day, the drain line clogged and we were able to fix with a personal wet/dry vac. As the day went on, the humidity and warmth in the house started climbing. When it was realized, it was getting early into the evening. Went on Google and found Eddies Heat and Air with positive reviews. Called and spoke with Eddie over the phone and he took time to talk through a few troubleshoot options even though we were not a regular customer. As the trials did not fix the AC we asked for a technician to come out as an emergency/after hours need. Technician arrived within 45 minutes and had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 30 minutes. He then checked the full system and advised of a potential issue that may arise in the future but not an emergency problem at that time. With the phone assistance, responsiveness and thoroughness we will gladly call again for maintenance and any AC needs.

    Called them for annual maintenance. Ismael was the technician. They came the next day, on time and with a call beforehand. Did a very thorough inspection and cleaning. I did do some repairs (replace an underperforming capacitor) and added the freon he suggested. He thoroughly documented his work and instrument readings showing the need for the extra work.     I have used Eddies on several occasions, at this point, I guess youd say theyre my guy. Theyve done quite a lot of work, getting my upstairs AC unit working correctly. They do really good work, but I wont say that it has been perfect, but if were honest with ourselves, very rarely is work perfect. What I can say is that they stand by their work. If you ultimately find that something is a little wonky, they will come out as soon as humanly possible and make things right. And to be honest... That goes a LOOOONG way with me. Mistakes happen, I can accept that, but the willingness to make things right without having to twist arms? Thats rare and special. And in that respect, Eddies is special.

    Eric visited on 11/11/22 to address an issue with my pilot light not lighting in my fournace. He was professional and very knowledgeable because my fournace is old. He identified the problem and resolved my issue in a timely manner. In addition, I advised him about a problem with my thermostat which he identified an issue with the relay mechanism and proceeded to change out the wire and installed a new thermostat for me.
