    Good job and reasonable prices. I had a great encounter the last time with my Toyota highlander. The guys at O’reilly’s diagnosed wrongly claiming my alternator was bad only to find out it was just a battery problem after I already bought the parts from them. The shop manager was honest and saved me $$$. 👍🏽

    I had a great experience. Very knowledgeable and understanding. I only needed a flat fix, but they were able to fit me in and made sure to keep me informed of the progress and were very honest throughout the entire experience.

    Brought by my flooded car and John was honest about not fixing it due to other possible issues outside the motor. Could have made good money on the job. Good price and honest mechanic. The mechanic business is like going to the doctor. You have no idea if they are right. But turning down business to be honest is what you want. Cant say enough good things.

    John was very honest and very helpful with the pricing and work offered. They finished my mom for 2010 Toyota Camry full front brake and alignment job in less than 2 1/2 hours with a below quoted price. Will definitely be returning here as a solid customer

    I went to Houston on a two day trip from San Antonio with my family and the check engine light came on.. felt stressed… was leaving tomorrow to drive back…everyone else was closed Saturday but I’m glad we went here!Jonathan took care of us super fast and we were able to enjoy the space center without feeling worried we were gonna break down on the way back.

    William and John were friendly, helpful and honest about sensor errors on my 2010 Nissan Frontier. I am a hospice social worker and use my vehicle to make patient visits. They worked around my schedule and the price was right! Highly recommend and convenient to Med Center Blvd and Hwy 3. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    Its been a while since I went in to Discount Auto and I still feel the same as I did the day after.My car needed an alignment, I knew that much but I was afraid I would walk into a mechanic shop and the would try to take advantage of me because I am a woman. That is NOT the case here. I walked in with out an appointment and ask if they can help me, the manager said yes but it will be about an hour wait while they are finishing up other work and he gave me a quote for just an alignment. I waited in the very spacious waiting room for about an hour and a half . However, the wait did not feel that long because the manager came back and talked with me about my car and all kinds of topics. Then after they looked at my car they made sure that I knew I needed new tires. Cringing I asked them if everything else looked good.. and to my surprise they said yes. I will need new struts in about a year but for now they are ok. So I paid for the alignment which was the exact amount I was originally quoted and left.As a side note I also had a few lights lit on my dash and I asked them if they could tell me the code and they did plus told me a round-about cost when I am ready to get it fixed.Needless to say I am happy with my service there.

    Great service!! I have a 2014 ram 2500 that I bought two years ago fairly new and Lyft was put on by dealership. Always had front end issues and took it to about five different shops because the dealerships lift shop that did the work could not figure it out. none of the other shops could figure it out either they all just say I need alignment and still had issues. The last place I took my truck to found the issue but they wanted three grand to fix it and I didnt buy it so ended up at discount for a third of the price they got my truck rolling better than it ever has. Shout out to the workers and manager john. I have been screwed over by plenty of managers that talk to me with the first class talk and act like they just got out of hardvard. I can tell John knows his stuff and tells you exactly how it is and gets straight to the point none of that extra bs. Thats a manager that got all his experience never being scared getting his hands dirty and has no problem taking the time to explain every single step of the process. on top of that I got about three updates to my phone meanwhile my truck was getting worked on.My kind of people right there!

    We have been taking our cars their for a few years now. And it is hard to find a mechanic who is honest and does the job right. Discount Auto is a fast friendly service center from honest mechanics who will take the time to explain your problem. Have never been dissatisfied with anything.     Sheri (sp?) was amazing! She made sure that I got where I needed to go with almost zero lost time! She knew I needed to be 500 miles away yesterday and she made sure it happened without making me wait over a whole weekend!Plus talk about savings on labor and parts wow!!!Honest and reputable.     Went here on Wednesday with an appointment and was taken care of immediately. Very friendly and professional staff. Mechanic was very helpful in pointing out that my tires needed balancing as I just bought them from Discount Tire. I only gave four stars because the waiting area needs some work. Overall great experience!

    I can’t say enough good about this place today. They are honest and helpful not to mention quick and thorough. I didn’t feel any pressure whatsoever ever and they didn’t try to “upsell” me once they knew they had my business. I brought my vehicle in knowing exactly what what wrong and they just clarified it for me. I have a hard time trusting any mechanic shop, even dealerships, but these guys, they’re the real deal. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Today I had a great experience coming to this establishment! The staff is so friendly and helpful!     I have been looking for a reliable place to take my cars and recommend for others and I found it. Great, fast work for a reasonable price. I came in first to get a stud replaced for my wheel, but asked why I had a roar from the front right tire. They found the problem and fixed had it before noon. Would recommend this place to anyone.

    Took my jeep in for alignment 11 months ago, Mitch ended up screwing up my axle by slotting it, said would help with wobbly nature of the jeep. Well he was wrong; fast forward my alignment is almost 30 degrees off to drive straight. Long story short Mitch is gone and Brian and John took full responsibility for Mitch’s mistake and took my jeep to be fabricated to fix my problem. At no charge. These 2 are why this pace will remain successful. My entire staff goes here now for they vehicles, and I highly recommend these guys. Ask for them by name!

    I am giving them 5 stars because I came in with my car thinking it would be a simple fix and it turned out it was a more expensive problem. I am a 22 year old girl that’s more broke than you can ever imagine and the people that work here are amazing. We worked a deal and i couldn’t be more greatful for what they did and it made me realize there are still genuine people in this world. This place is the the go to place for your car. I will definitely be coming back here from now on.

    Keisha (I hope Im spelling your name right) was a wonderful introduction to the experience. She was cheerful, informative and kind when she set my appointment and greeted me. The owner was right there to walk me through my service and everything was done fairly and promptly. I was able to do a little work in their lounge area, easily connecting to wifi and sitting on comfortable couches. I will happily return for service.

    I, Pam Phillips, am a senior, disabled, widow. I know enough about cars to know when they don’t run correctly! I drive a 14 year old Suburban that has over 250,000 miles on it! I first learned of Discount when I needed an alignment. I drive a lot & I drive the Gulf Freewy. They had to redo my alignment several times due to road conditions & were super about it. My drive shaft fell out from under my car on the toll road at Parker & Mitch got me picked up, taken to his East feeeay store & back on the road that day! I won’t go anywhere else now. I think they are honest. Straight forward & caring. I have had a couple of major things done to the old beast & when shopping around for prices, they have quoted me the best ones & as I said I trust them to do it right & STAND behind their work! I have found my mechanic shop & my gery beast has found it’s life long restoration doc!
