    Had an issue with A/C not blowing cool. Reaching out to Davis Temp A/C and they dispatched Luis V. He was very knowledgeable and felt he wasnt trying to make me pay for something that wasnt necessary. After diagnosing the issue he was thorough in not only explaining but showing me where the problem lies. I replaced the furnace and outside unit which were both in bad shape. The installation took less than 3 hours as there were four people actively working on it. Alex oversaw the install crew and two worked on the exterior while another two worked in the attic. When done all the old rusted parts were hauled away. They cleaned up after themselves leaving very little evidence they were there in the first place and my a/c is working perfectly.

    When it comes to heating and cooling, we trust John Davis with all of our Austin area properties. He and his team are quick to respond, quite often on the same day, and can provide a solution from a simple clean out to a whole house air conditioning and heating replacement.     I bought a house in Cedar Park and the central AC condenser was located right outside one of the bedroom windows with the lineset running through the wall and up to the attic. The unit was really loud and it felt like a truck was parked outside everytime it was running. Even the wall would vibrate.What I ended up doing is moving the unit and installing an additional unit with a furnace to another sectioned part of the house.I contacted several companies and did my homework before hiring John. Other companies were either really overpriced, were way too booked to even stop by, or came by but never even sent out a quote (weird!).John was by far the best choice, he evaluated the project accurately, walked me through the process, transparent pricing and incredibly professional.It took a few days to complete the project from start to finish and he did a stellar job. This is the kind of professional anyone should hire if they are looking for an honest, fair priced and most importantly professional that wont leave any loose ends.If youre in the market for an AC install or even a repair, you will not regret hiring Davis Temp Control.     I hired Davis Temp Control to perform AC maintenance and tuneup before the summer. This company checks all of the relevant boxes (they were responsive, professional, on time, and fairly priced). I will be using them for all future heating and air issuesUpdate a year and an half later: our AC stopped working (at night) and our house became unbearably hot. I called Davis Temp Control the next morning and they were responsive and professional. John came out a few hours later, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced our compressor and capacitor at a fair price. I am very happy with this company and the services they provide for both HVAC tuneup/maintenance as well as repairs.

    In mid July 2022, our A/C unit went out. I called Davis and left a message. They called back immediately. The next day the repair technician came out - inspected the system, replaced a blown capacitor, cleaned the unit, and done in less than an hour. Excellent service at a reasonable price! Very happy very COOL out in Hutto. Yes indeed...Called Davis LLC on 9 Jan 2023 to report the smell of gas coming from our furnace. John came by on 10 Jan, on time, and immediately diagnosed the issue. Our unit is 22 years old, so he had to drive into Austin (were in Hutto) to purchase the needed parts. His quickly replaced the old with the new parts meeting current code, carefully checked the system, and was done in short time. Professional - efficient - fast. Will most certainly be using his company for any of my future A/C or heating issues/repairs. Again, very happy in Hutto. No doubt about it.

    Quick, professional, and cleanI called Davis Temp control when my A/c went out. The tech was able to come out same day. He was presentable and took the time to explain what was needed and how much it would cost. I felt like he was honest and knew what he was talking about.     Our air conditioning stopped working last week, and I had a friend refer me to John. I called and spoke with Johns wife, and she is super sweet and personable and she said John would be out that evening. He showed up right on time and was extremely knowledgeable and explained what was wrong, and what needed to be done to fix the problem. John is very honest and wont try to upsell or overcharge you like most companies do. I would highly recommend using John if your air conditioning is having problems.

    I noticed the AC wasnt blowing cold air downstairs like normal but was blowing normally upstairs. I sent Davis Temp a message stating what was going on. After getting home can call them, and they came out to me in 1-2 hrs. I was shocked they could see me the same day.Alex came out and started diagnosing to see what the problem was. After showing me how to clean the ac unit (gross debris came out) and prevent clogs with draino, it seemed like the problem was fixed. If any problems arise, I would happily call Davis Temp Control again.
