    My ac fan decided to stop spinning and even after replacing the capacitor it only spun for like 10 seconds and stopped. I asked a friend who’s friend recommended Covington Comfort and so I called them, very nice and quick response both the person on the phone and the tech. Definitely will use them again if I need to and they seem reasonable.

    AC unit shut down Thursday called several companys and Covington is the only one who returned my call with a time they would arrive. Showed up early, didnt have needed part on truck went to supply store and had unit operating within an hour. signed a maintenance contract with them to do preventative maintenance on system. Very pleased with their service and recommend them to anyone. My daughter and Grandson have used them and were happy with service.

    I parted ways with my old A/C service provider after it became clear they were doing unnecessary work and overcharging.Chose Covington based upon the large number of positive reviews I found. Up until then I hadnt heard of Covington.I called to set up an appointment to have a tech inspect my unit prior to the summer heat. Spoke with a very pleasant Theresa. I agreed to a yearly maintenance contract for two visits; A Pre-summer A/C tune-up and another in October to inspect and clean my furnace. The price was reasonable. I was surprised that they said they could send someone that very morning.The technician, Cody arrived early and after a short chat he went to work. He was professional, clean, well spoken and good at what he does. I know a little about HVAC, enough to know good service from bad. He did a nice job, didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and left my system better than he found it. Cant ask for anything more that that.

First Tech really did try to fix our old unit first before having to installing our new one. Thanks to Damon and Cody! Working with them instantly gained my trust.     Service technician was very thorough and knowledgeable during his call on Monday afternoon.One item of note is that we called their call service on a Sunday afternoon as our A/C was not working. We called twice, being assured someone would respond soon. No one called back so we spent the evening in an uncomfortable environment. The company has been informed of that situation.We have always received exceptional service from Covington Comfort and will continue to call them if necessary.
