One of our two exterior units fan had stopped completely at some point. Called the folks over at Cool-Temp and in less than 5 hours from when I called, a tech had not only fixed the issue, but also cleaned the unit and killed a nearby ant colony that he felt was too close to the unit for no extra charge. They went above and beyond to get my family back in the cool. Great folks, would recommend them anytime to anyone needing quality service.
