This post goes out to JUSTIN from Comfort Tech maintenance crew who came out and did the annual service maintenance.The disappointment is from Johnny scheduling and no curiosity call that tech is running 4 hours late and providing dishonest excuses. But, when you have a respected maintenance young man like Justin doing all he can to make sure everything is working properly you have to give the kudos to “him”. We had issues during the maintenance and Justin stayed until the unit was fixed reaching out to senior members of the company for support and advice. We are truly deeply blessed to have contacted this company. Our AC went out in this ridiculous heat and we have little ones and not much extra money to pay if it was something major. This is how Great God truly is this company was the first company that came up on Google when I typed in ac repair free estimates. I called and was helped right away and with great attitude same day service. Benjamin was the tech who came out and when he arrived he had a great big smile awesome attitude despite being late in evening and was just great and awesome all around. We exclaimed the situation with our AC which we have central air and that we just arrived from our of town yesterday night and found our AC working but no cold air and that we are renting the house and moving out in 3 weeks and that we would of stuck it out me and my husband but our little ones would suffer in the crazy heat so we had to find a way. With us explaining situation Benjamin was already able to tell us what was needing to be fixed and how much it would cost us. Before we were able to tell him that we werent able to afford it he stated he was going to work with us regardless and fix it and he and his bosses were willing to work with us. Benjamin when he called his GM on speaker to notify and explained the situation and what he offered us his GM did not hesitate or anything and agreed. Im getting emotional just typing this because he did not hesitate and cared that we had little ones and treated my husband and me with respect and like human beings despite my husband being Mexican and speaking Spanish. And once again we thank God that He put them on our path and Benjamin who truly is a great Christian man who was also not willing to leave our babies or us without AC suffering the next 3 weeks in horrible heat and humidity. Again I highly truly recommend this company for fast awesome amazing work!!!!! As a single mom it can be really hard for me to trust people when it comes to home repairs but Comfort has really gone above and beyond. When my ac broke this summer I was so nervous but everyone at Comfort was so helpful and gave me honest options upfront with clear pricing. It has been a few months since new unit install and I dont regret a thing. Then today when there was a minor issue with the heater (not of their doing) they didnt hesitate and came right out. We just wanted to thank Comfort Techs for taking care of this weekend! Benjamin was very personable and listened to our plight to get a working system in our house. Home warranty companies have become unreliable and we had to take a different route in order to get some relief from the heat. They come up with a plan that we felt was doable and reasonable especially with everyday costs being so high. Johnny, Rudy and the other staff were like stormtroopers ready to tackle the job efficiently and effectively. I can’t believe that they took care of everything in 1 day! From my call to them that afternoon for help, to a cooling system that very evening. And we found out they are a 24/7 company. Put my mind at ease with that info. Their reviews are spot on and their customer service is too. There are a lot of a/c companies out there and we had called a few but, in the end there was no comparison to Comfort Techs A/C and heating. Great job Comfort Techs!

Our AC was making a loud noise. We call comfort Techs and spoke to Ben that night. By morning the next day, Ben was out here to look at our unit. We had to get it replaced. By that afternoon they were back here to replace our AC unit. They were very professional laid blankets to not damage the floor. After they were done, it was so nice of them to vacuum up the pieces that were left behind on the floor. I appreciate the fact that they paid attention to the little details and the fact that they’re open 24/7.Thank so much Ben.I really appreciate how quickly you took care of us.

I could not be more pleased with the service I received from Comfort Techs AC & Heating. As for most customers, I NEEDED my AC replaced… in the middle of summer. It was a nightmare. In the middle of the night, I called them and I had a brand new AC in less than 24 hours. Although the process of waiting is grueling and hot, they made it all as pleasant and streamlined as possible. A bright spot is representative Johnny Laureles who provided excellent customer service that was fast, efficient and clear. He supported us through the entire process. Additionally, the gentleman who installed the unit were able to some on a Sunday evening, and got the job done in less than 6 hours. We replaced our ENTIRE AC unit. Considering the size of the job, that is super fast! Thank you for being angels on earth!

Justin performed seasonal preventative maintenance on my HVAC system (primarily focused on heating). When the job was completed, Justin explained what he did, what he saw, and what issues he resolved. They are LIFE SAVERS! 7:30pm Saturday night our central AC went out, I called them and Benjamin came out by 9:15pm! ( mind you with NO EXTRA fee!) He even did half the job of removing the old one that night! Side note he was even funny! Then Rudy and Giovanni were back at our home this morning at 8:30am to get the job done! Which they did! Everything about my experience with Comfort Techs was fantastic. To begin with when we called we actually got to talk to a human. It was one of the hottest days of the summer when our AC quit and they got a technician out there in the afternoon to diagnose the problem. They had to order a part but when it came in Isidro (the technician) worked until after 7 PM to get our AC back up and running. The whole experience was orchestrated by Isidro who is extremely knowledgeable, very courteous, and professional from start to finish.

I was recently referred to Comfort Techs A/C because I was in need of a brand new air conditioning unit. I had a lot of questions prior to my purchase. Isidro was patient and answered every question with detail. He provided different options that would best suit my needs and my budget.One of the main reasons I chose Comfort Techs is because they offered financing options for my prospective unit. Once approved, Comfort Techs was in my home the very next day installing the unit. I purchased a Goodman 16 Seer Unit. The unit came with a 10 year warranty on parts, and a 1 year warranty on labor. Upon installation day, Comfort Techs was on time, and installed the unit without an issue. His team took their time with the installation process and made sure everything was running okay. Before leaving, Isidro reviewed everything with me; making sure I didnt have any questions. He told me appropriate maintenance for the unit, how to operate my Nest Thermostat E, and how to apply for eligible CPS rebates.While the unit was being installed I knew I was in need of insulation in my attic, we made an appointment that Saturday at 1:30pm and they were back at my house, right on time!Lastly, I would highly recommend Comfort Techs. I am really impressed with how dedicated Comfort Techs are to their customers. Not only are they passionate and friendly but Comfort Techs takes great pride in their quality of work.

I had a problem with my HVAC the company selected was Comfort Techs Air Conditioning and Heating. When contacted I was able to select the earliest and most convenience appointment time for me. Their technician Isidro Ramirez arrived on time and called when he was on his way. After arriving at my door and putting on his mask and covers on his shoes he quickly diagnosed the problem. The parts were quickly order and when they arrived Comfort Techs Air Conditioning and Heating called to arrange for the repair and just as before I was able to select the earliest and most convenience appointment time for me. Isidro Ramirez arrived the same as the first time except this time he had a partner, Marti and after putting on their mask and shoe covers they cover my floor from the front door to my HVAC. They were very professional and made the needed repairs and even corrected things that were not a part of the repair order. Before they left they cleaned up after themselves. If you need HVAC service or repair I recommend them.

Comfort Techs had great reviews online, so I decided to reach out. My heater had almost started a house fire it was so old and dangerous. When I called, I spoke with Johnny Laurels, who had a kind voice and sent Benjamin right away. Wow, Benjamin was amazing!!! He explained what was going on with my system and to no surprise the entire system was needing a replacement. He explained that the new system would be energy saving and cut our bill down tremendously. Excited to see our new summer bills. He also explained that my purchase of the new system comes with a CPS Energy rebate!!! Also, we will be receiving 5 yrs of service with them + new duct system. Lots to be excited for, especially the feeling of being safe in our home. Now I had been really going through a tuff beginning to 2025, Benjamin held hands with me and my mom and prayed!!! I cried. What a blessing. Not often do you meet such people with sincerity that is so true! We made a deal and immediately sent the technicians out to start the BIG job.Rey and Paul, worked so hard from afternoon to night on day. I was so impressed with their work ethic and respect they showed to our family. They answered any questions we had throughout the process. Also used floor protectant blankets. Day 2 we had Rey, Paul, and Isidro working on now our duct system replacement. They went above and beyond working morning to night. They are fast, strong, focused, and kind. I appreciate the team especially Rey who was extra kind and helpful with our questions.We were not able to change ducts downstairs because they are built into the wall and we would have to cut walls. I was still concerned that the air pressure downstairs wasnt up to my expectations and maybe clogged. Johnny was so helpful and kind and scheduled a time for Rey and Paul to come back and clean the ducts downstairs. They were again wonderful to have.I look forward to have this crew service our new system for the next 5 years. I appreciate them all feeling like family.
