The services provided have been good and I feel fairly priced. Lets face it, AC work/equipment is not cheap, but I feel like Ive gotten value for my dollars spent. All the glowing reviews for Climate Express are well deserved! We initially used them for servicing our existing unit, but this week our old units compressor gave up the ghost. From the troubleshooting service call to the installation of a new system, this was the easiest and least painful work weve ever had done on our house. The sales process was extremely low pressure, and I cant praise the install team highly enough. They were polite, pleasant, and efficient. I hardly heard them as I worked from home in a nearby room. After the install, I was thoroughly walked through how the system works (I learned so much!) until I was comfortable. I highly recommend the whole Climate Express team for anyone looking for a customer-service focused AC company.

Climate Express has been so good to us, they not only installed a new unit last year, which took a lot of convincing on my part that we needed a new unit and Emily assured me I would notice the difference in my house and on my bill and she was right! Then I just had 2 gentlemen come out for my free check up to make sure my heater will work when it gets cold, and they checked everything from inside to outside and were very nice and polite. Our unit was very old and stopped working. I sent a request for service in the morning before they opened. Someone called me within mins of opening, and had a tech out within 3 hrs. The decision to just replace it was made, they had a new one installed 2 days later, leaving no trace behind. The 0% financing was a huge relief as well. Very pleased!

I give Climate Express high marks from all the different employees I dealt with along with their great service. I had one AC unit that was on its last leg and needed replaced. The other one always needed a little more coolant each year as both were 14 years old. I called Emily and she answered all my questions and concerns and gave me a great price on replacing both with upgraded equipment from what I had. Landon and Thomas did the installs and were great to work with too. They showed up on time, did a nice install, cleaned up after themselves, and answered my questions as they went. Jennifer in the office was very friendly and helpful with processing my payment. They will also help you get your equipment registered for the warranty as well as help you with the paperwork for the energy company rebates. All in all I am glad I went with Climate Express. Give Emily a call if you need your AC replaced.

We just had our first maintenance done on our house and Stephen L. was fantastic. He was very thorough with the maintenance and took his time to check over our two year old system. He even noticed that our gas line was not fully hooked up from when our house was built! Very grateful that he took care of that for us, since I have2 small children. Weve been using Climate Express for a few years now. They were the company that our Home Warranty company sent when we were having AC issues. Ever since then, we just kept using them. Their service is fast and reliable. They come out next day or same day in many cases. They are honest, fair and affordable. If they have to do a follow up or second call for the same thing, they just come back, no questions asked. This hasnt happened often, but its nice to know we can rely on them. Their service is always super friendly and theyre willing to educate you on how to care for your systems to avoid problems. We use them for regular checkups so we know were in good hands.

Only people I trust with our ac, the first time we used them was to replace a blower motor that had gone out. A small problem caused the new motor to fail several weeks later, of course after hours in the heat of the summer, they came out at no cost and fixed it. We’ve used Climate Express for all of our HVAC needs since moving in. We even paid prior to being out of our warranty period to have them service our unit. They have always been upfront and honest with everything that they’ve seen, even telling us that we’d be wasting money to buy a whole home dehumidifier. They’ve always been friendly and their technicians are top of the line and very knowledgeable. We recently had the Reme Halo installed to help with allergies. They were in and out within 30 minutes, with explanations and education provided! We can’t recommend them enough to anyone in our neighborhood or the local area. Scheduled Climate Express to come and do a Spring Tuneup on our 3 HVAC units. Technician, Ty, came on time. Checked out all 3 systems and explained what he was doing each step of the way. At the conclusion of the visit, he made some recommendations. I told him which of those we wanted. He came out later that week and installed Hard Start kits in 2 of the units that did not have them. He also installed a float switch in an older unit. Very pleased with the service. Have recommended Climate Express to others, Will use them again.

She scheduled our service but also made us aware of emergency heat option we could use to get through the night rather than pay extra $200 for after hours visit. This type of information and customer service helped in our decision to sign up for the Climate Express annual membership.

I have American Home Shield coverage but choose to utilize Climate Express annual maintenance plan. Its cheaper and more services are conducted in the seasonal maintenance services verses just a check. Highly recommend this small business!

They were so nice on the initial and gave me a suggestion to try with our heat pump that we didnt know about. That didnt work so we called back to have a technician come out. Great communication through out and the tech arrived early. SUPER professional and friendly tech and two hours later we have heat again! Daniel of Climate Express was asked to check out our a/c unit after another company had just visited our home and told us we needed a new compressor. They had completed a Spring Tune-up and left a cost quote of over $2,400. Daniel checked the unit and discovered the freon pressures were not exactly as they should be but not far off the norm. He then proceeded to attached a water hose and spray water on the coils on the outside unit, washing dirt off the coils/fins. After he cleaned them for a few minutes he re-checked the pressure readings and reported they were normal for the current outside temperature. His assessment was that the a/c outside unit was functioning normal and a new compressor was not needed. Yeah Daniel. We will always call CE for our Spring & Fall HVAC system check-ups.

My mini-split unit was leaking water into my house! I called my old company and was told they couldnt come out for several days. I called Climate Express and they were here in a few hours! Steve was really helpful and explained what was wrong, etc. The price was very reasonable. I am very impressed with their service.It has been a year since I wrote this. My three year old mini-split was making noises - even when it was off. It turned out to be the condensation pump. I was rather expensive part. I asked if it would be better to get a new system instead of paying so much. They sent out a new system specialist who provided several options. In the end, I just had the pump replaced. Long story short. We had a seriously bad experience with AHS multiple times for the same AC issue over 3-4 years. I remember when Climate Express was with AHS around 2018 or so, and the young man that came out and explained EVERYTHING that was wrong! All they wanted to do was sell parts and warranties that weren’t covered by AHS!Anyways, after we finally caught up with Climate Express (who wasn’t with AHS any longer) they came out and did what needed to be done for our comfort! Albert showed me EVERYTHING from the inside and out that was wrong! To include the chunks of mold that was all over the inside of the unit! I couldn’t believe nobody ever showed me this! Then he took me outside to show me the outside unit and what some person DIDNT DO THE LAST 2 times before!So Emily the sales person came out and showed us 3 different plans. We did the 2nd plan, Silver I think it’s called. O M G ! Yes it’s a new system. Yes it’s a new HALO LED. Yes everything you can imagine it was and IS. Our home feels like a Hospital room! The air crispness is unreal! If you plan on going with CE, and Emily explains what’s about to happen, shes not exaggerating! Oh! I forgot to mention they came out the very next day (only because I think after we told them what we went through and the seriousness of the mold and such). Within 1:20 minutes of the full install, our temperature was at 72 (2 stage I think it’s called) anyways just freakin amazing! So glad we came back and found Climate Express again.

We are so pleased with Climate Express in New Braunfels. To solve the problem of the upstairs being too hot even though the unit would run and run, they suggested a second thermostat.
