    Judy was fantastic setting up our appt on short notice, and Tim and his crew did an excellent job installing our new attic air handler. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Dependable, honest, and they did great work. Immediately after they finished and we had paid, Judy called because they had accidentally charged us for Freon that they didn’t use. She quickly refunded us the amount overcharged. I was very impressed because most companies I have dealt with would have just pocketed that extra money and not said anything.     Climate Care did excelled work for us replacing our AC system. They were professional, courteous, and their customer service was excellent.For example, the package that I bought did not come with a new thermostat (I was not having the furnace replaced) but they installed one that I provided free of charge.Also, when I first called to report my AC issue, they had someone out in less than 20 minutes to look at it.

    Climate Care has provided outstanding care for my heating & AC systems for over 20 years. They are honest, reliable, and professional. During a recent maintenance check, they discovered a Freon leak in my AC coil which required it to be replaced. As this can be a very costly repair, I was extremely pleased that Climate Care took the time to perform the research to determine the repair would be fully covered under warranty. I continue to be extremely pleased with Climate Cares service!

    I have called Climate care multiple times and they have always scheduled an appointment within the few days, shown up on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Their work has been efficient and effective--the problem has been eliminated. Best of all, their prices have been extremely fair, I consider them a bargain. When one of the big highly advertised firms quoted me an estimate of over $1600, Climate Care performed the same work for $315. Climate Care = quality work, timeliness, professionalism, and good value. Call them first! You will not regret it.

    Tim came out to look at our current situation and discuss what our wants/needs in new HVAC were. He quoted us good/better/best choices and thoroughly explained the pros/cons of each system. After we decided which one we wanted we called to schedule our install. They were great to communicate and work with our schedule. We have had several contractors for different items in our home and I think timeliness is what most of them do the worst. It can be so frustrating while you wait around for someone to get here. UGH! So, I was pleasantly surprised when Climate Care showed up ON TIME precisely when they said they would. They got right to work, communicating when there were some unexpected issues, and cleaned up when they were done. Highly recommend their service.

    I am very satisfied with the service I have received from Climate Care AC & Heating. Around two years ago the fan in my very old furnace died in the middle of the summer and so my AC could not blow cold air in the house. I found Climate Care on the internet and called. They did their best t get me in as soon as possible and replaced my furnace. Well two weeks ago the AC portion of the system finally died on the hottest days of the year and luckily they had a cancellation and were able to replace the outside unit and inside condenser the second day after I called. It was 90 degrees in my house! I trust Climate Care and feel they do an outstanding job without taking advantage of their customers. I recommend them without hesitation.

    I have been using these guys for several years now. Always very nice (Texas friendly) people to deal with. I have experienced a repeating problem with my heating and they have always taken care of that the same day I call. I use their service contract and they always take very good care of me. I will eventually need a new A/C unit and they have given me a very fair estimate of what that will cost AND the estimated life expectancy of the unit I have. I like that so I can budget in advance!

    Climate Care (Tim and Judy) gave me excellent service. New evaporator coil for a good price; Judy did lots of checking to see if it was still under warranty, and Tim is efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. 5 stars. They are my go-to A/C company.

    They always fit us in the same day and are honest and reliable. Last year when our AC wasnt pushing out cold air they refilled our freon which lasted the season. This year we had the same issue so we decided to purchase a complete system. Judy & Tim were very professional and great to work with. They refilled our freon to keep us comfortable until they got our orders units in. The install went very well and we added zoning to it which has made a huge difference. We would recommend them to anyone!!

    AC went out in summer. They put a temporary fix on our existing 15+ year old unit so we could stay in our home with a rickety old unit for another day or two while they scheduled our new installation appointment. The crew installed our new American Standard 14 seer 2.5 Ton Heat Pump system. It is 95% more quiet than our retired 12 seer Trane. It cools pleasantly. I waited to write this review till the cold months came to see what the heat pump option could do for us. The thermostat automatically switched to heat mode as it should have and began heating our home quietly and adequately. Our unit will turn off heat pump mode if it is extremely cold and it needs to revert to conventional method of passing air of heat elements. But for now, it is only turning on the reverse heat pump mode. So far I am happy after about 2.5 months of the new system. They were a great price when compared to 2 other quotes.     After talking to a couple different companies, it was a no brainer selecting Climate Care to install our new furnace and A/C. They were up front and honest the whole time, and the price was fair.     I had just sent away technician Johnnie Frost of Frost Brothers Heating and Air that had repaired my A/C unit by finding a wire that had blown off the compressor unit. He reattached the wire and ran it for over an hour with no negative issues. Then he came to discuss my options. He said we can leave it and call it a day or we can replace it under warranty which was to expire in a few months. I asked how much would be my out-of-pocket and he said $2,000 for labor and Freon. I told him I’ll take my chances this compressor will last another 10 years. Then he said he couldn’t leave it like that because it was unsafe attempting to make no choice but for me to pay him $2,000. I sent him on his way but Not before he disconnected my A/C to leave me and my family without cooling. Tim with Climate Care came out to look over my system. He hooked it up and ran like a charm like before and since I was a electrical technician in my past career advise me to purchase a repair kit that would give a more secure attachment to the compressor and prevent a repeat of what had happened. Then to top it off, he didn’t charge me a cent!Can’t beat that! God bless this man and his company. Climate Care AC & Heating ROCKS!

    Climate Care installed my new unit in July and did a great job. All the service people were friendly and courteous. They came back out today to power on and check to be sure the heater was working properly. Tim the owner came out and again did a wonderful job. He also went in to the attic and checked all the duct work and confirmed all was good. Would definitely recommend this company.

    AWESOME Customer Service!!! We have used Climate Care AC & Heating on several different occasions. They have always been wonderful. I believe the person who answers their phones - is the most amazing woman in the HVAC industry. (I think her name is Judy) She is kind and gentle, offers to help in any way possible. She has sent a technician out after hours as a courtesy. She RETURNS PHONE CALLS when she says she will. She is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this company. They will be our Heating and AC service company for years!!!

    Climate Care is a great company in which to do business. CC is very knowledgable in HVAC and explained in detail what was needed for our home.     When an unscrupulous company stole a part off my unit to try & get us to buy a whole new system, I had to call police to have them bring it back. I then called Climate Care, referred by a friend. They sent a guy out & fixed our existing unit. They are a family owned business & offer an annual check up contract, reasonably priced. Weve been using them for going on 10 yrs now!

    This if for the guys in Flower Mound, TX. Our AC went on the blink on a Sunday when the temps were in the 100s+, my wife took a chance and called their office and a very nice lady answered, she said that their office was currently closed but said that someone would be out to look at the system on Monday. Sure enough, they showed up before the scheduled time. Michael checked the unit from top to bottom and gave us the news, which I had already assumed that the Compressor was done for. We discussed our options and then he said the magic words, American Standard and I told him to go for it. They make terrific systems and best of all, they are made in the great state of Texas, just down the road from where we live. They brought the new equipment out the next day and had it installed in a very short period of time. Their work was top notch and they were very careful not to make a mess and what little they did make they had cleaned up in no time. To make a long story short, they did a fantastic job, the price was right, it wasnt blown out of proportion, no hidden expenses, they were wonderful to work and deal with. My wife and I highly recommend them, you cant go wrong. Give them a try, youll love them just like we did.

    My AC stopped cooling Memorial Day Weekend, and Tim from Climate Care came out Tuesday. Instead of taking a look and then telling me right away I needed a new $6,000 system right away like many guys would have, he told me they just had to spray the unit down in the attic with a water hose and clean it up a little; and that it was good to go. If youre looking for a place that will give you a true diagnosis with honesty and not try to hustle you, I highly recommend these people. If you need a new system, theyll tell you. If you dont need one, they wont insist you buy a new one. They have won my business whenever I do need a new AC system I can assure you. Highly recommended.
