    My outside condenser lost power last night, I called Chill Touch AC this morning. Spoke with Ben, he was able to fit me in and fix the issue in less than an hour and half. Ben kept me informed during the process with photos and videos as I was not at home.I cannot express my appreciation, thank you!Small Local Business, I will support for any of my future needs and will definitely refer.

    Texas 100 degree weather stinks, but thank goodness for Chill Touch a/c. We called up Mr. Townsend and he quickly came to the rescue. He was so polite and professIonal. I honestly don’t understand any of this a/c stuff. He took the time to explain it to me and charged me a very reasonable amount for my repairs. I am so glad they were recommended to me.

    Mr. Townsend was very responsive and insightful when he came by my residence to: install a new thermostat, inspect the air ducts, and inspect the overall HVAC system. He even went further and offered to clean the A/C unit coils to improve efficiency. I would absolutely recommend his services to others.

    Spoke with Mr. Townsend this morning and he was able to come right out and diagnose the problem with my A/C unit let me know it was the capacitor and he was able to get my unit going now Im ready for the summer I recommend this company to anyone needing to get their A/C serviced.
