These guys are amazing. Within 5 minutes they had the issue isolated and had all the parts they need. They explained that this is one of their primary differentiators from their competitors. They travel heavy and everything they need is on them.So friendly, courteous to my kids and animals. Clean. Completely professional. I highly recommend this business.

Wow!! Very satisfied with the service I received from Assure Cool Air and Heat. Showed up in 2 hours on a Saturday in August. Mauro was very nice and professional. He explained everything he was doing and offered maintenance tips to help my AC run longer and more efficient. Great price, great service, I will definitely be recommending them to my friends.

Called Mauro on a Sunday and he promptly responded after I left message. He happened to have opening early and came over within an hour and a half. My 23 year old Trane system stopped working and I thought would have to replace for sure, but Mauro found the compressor still good and replaced some minor components and thoroughly cleaned unit. He could have easily said that it needed to be replaced but was honest and saved me $10,000 I highly recommend Assure

I texted Mauro at 10:35 asking about a service fee quote. He called me back within 10 minutes and said he could be here within 2 hours. He diagnosed the issue within a couple of minutes and had my AC fixed 30 minutes after showing up. I can not thank him enough because this Texas heat is no joke. He will now be my go to for all things air conditioning and heating! Definitely recommended!!!

Our AC had stopped working in the Middle of the night in the 100 degree heat , called Mauro first thing in the morning and he showed up a hour earlier then expected which was great , he had the problem fixed within 30 mins and up and cooling again our dual capacitor had popped and he also installed a startup kit to help . They have always been there when needed and they are very honest and professional cannot say enough good things about them and their services . A 10 star company...

I call for a diagnosis on my hvac system in about an hour The owner showed up 20 minutes later the the cold air was kickin! He also check my air handler and found it was on factory settings 🤭 he took care of that too. This is my first call for all future needs. Do yourself a favor and save the company number now before summer hits. Great price, Great service, Local Business.
