Cesar to the rescue! Not only was he prompt, professional, compassionate, and intelligent but he also explained each step to me, including the math to understand how much coolant was needed. He diagnosed the problem within minutes (some shoddy workmanship from another AC company) and performed an expert repair to the outside lines that had become frayed and disconnected. We discussed maintenance needed in the future but I felt zero pressure to schedule something so far in advance. The price was reasonable and I truly appreciate the immediate communication and arrival. Highly recommend!

I have used All Star on two separate occasions. Both times, the response time is under two hours. The lastest was on a Friday when I called at 3pm. Within the hour they arrived. If it was not for All Star, I wouldn’t have had AC all weekend. Highly recommend them.

Jay did all the maintenance I needed, plus fixed some drainage issues from previous bad installers. My experience with the company was excellent both times I called for service on both my units. The owner is honest and has many years of experience in the business. He takes the time to get to the root of the problem and will call to see if you have any warranty coverage on parts to give you the best estimate possible. He was able to determine my blower motor was out and called to see if it was under warranty. He thankfully gave the option of going the route of the manufacturer warranty, but the mere fact he took the time to call and see if it was under warranty instead of immediately recommending a replacement at cost speaks volumes. I will have much more peace of mind contacting Jay the next time my system has an issue.
