    Ben, Garrett and team just installed a brand new efficient HVAC system in our home. Ben is honest, straightforward, and took the time from quoting through installation to answer all of our questions. His team worked a long, hot day (mostly in the attic) and got us up and running by dinner time. Ben stayed behind to program thermostats and explain what to expect in the coming week. We can’t thank them enough - and highly recommend using All Care Comfort Solutions for all of your HVAC needs.

    Needed All Care Comfort Solutions in a hurry with summer coming. Spoke with Ben and he had Garrett come out today and on time. Garrett was very knowledgeable and fixed my system and we have cold air now. They have been doing our HVAC for a while. They are the best!

    This is my second review to leave for this business and I have to say that I couldn’t be more pleased to do so.Ben and his team go above and beyond to ensure that you’re taken care of, exceeding all expectations.He responds nearly immediately to texts, tho he’s extremely busy, especially in the midst of summertime.In the HVAC industry, there are so many owner/operators who take advantage of clients/customers, as you’re at their mercy, however, he’s so incredibly reliable, honest, trustworthy, extremely timely and forthright- one needn’t worry at all.All of my friends know and use him and he absolutely precedes his reputation.He’s a great blessing to our community and I pray that God continues to keep His hand on his business and may he ever continue to prosper.

    Ben and Garrett helped us out when we were in a bind! Ben was able to send Garrett out extremely fast, and were able to come out & repair our issue before we were leaving town.Garrett was quick to diagnose and repair, he was also knowledgeable and could explain to me in laymans terms what happened and what parts he was replacing and what the part does. I appreciated him explaining this to me in a way I could understand.I look forward to working with them in the future.

    I used Garrett and All Care to finish installing my HVAC system as well as installing a vented range hood over my stove. I am very much a perfectionist and will not settle for mediocre work. With these guys you can rest assured the work will get done right the first time.

    I would like to give a massive shout out/thank you to Ben Northcutt owner of All Care Comfort Solutions. Yesterday, after weeks with our upstairs AC out, Ben came to our rescue. Had us up and running in about an hour. Not only did he provide excellent customer service but his team went above and beyond to ensure the house stayed clean. Thanks for taking good care of us Ben!!

    Ben came to our home today to repair our AC unit.We found him to be extremely professional, knowledgeable, most of all- honest and engaging.I read several reviews online and had decided that I really didn’t want to deal with a large company, I wanted to go with a local individual and I’m ever so glad that I did!He performed the repair in a timely manner and his price was very fair.Who else would come to your home and inspect your unit without a service fee? The answer is, no one.When he’s enroute, an automated message is sent via text, letting you know- so there are none of those bothersome “4 hour windows” where you’re sat just waiting...In my industry, I recommend a lot of referrals to my own clients and I will happily pass his number along to anyone.

    Ben made time to come out the same day i called for our a/c that stopped working last night. He confidently found the issue, replaced it, and was on his way. He was reasonably priced. I would definitely call him out in the future. I also feel great about doing business with a company in Rockwall.

    These guys do a terrific job. Annual tune up, intelligent thermostat, replaced in house a/c. Checked and repaired ducts under the house. Well priced, responsive. All around good folks to work with. Updated may 2022. A/c went out on Saturday evening. Sunday was warm, not unbearable. They slotted me in early Monday after responding over the weekend. Everything fixed and running like a champ. Thanks Ben and team.

    I was having some heating issues and All Care Comfort Solutions came out to fix the problem...it was just a fuse and they didnt charge me a penny! No trip charge, NOTHING, not even a dime for the fuse. If you are looking for a HVAC company with integrity and honor, I highly recommend these guys.

    Ben can out and installed two air scrubbers for me. We have 2 🐕 , 2 🐈 & 3 kiddos 👶. After doing a significant amount of research on air scrubbers I had them installed. They are definitely worth the investment when it comes to clean air quality. Thanks again Ben. Outstanding job. 🇺🇸🇺🇸😂

    While in Alaska, and on Saturday, received call that Rockwall home AC not working. All Care had system working within six hours for a minimal charge. Excellent Service.
