Jesus and his team did a great job with his nephew who is learning the value of customer service and leadership from his uncle. I cant say enough good things. We got approved with Synchrony Bank but was less than the original price. The team worked with us to get a new 16SEER 5 TON TRANE system on a budget we could afford. This was replacing an old RUUD system that was put in in 1997, and was pulling 28 amps on the last inspection. This new system pulls 14amps and no longer rattles the windows in the kitchen next to the compressor. These guys were quick we decided on them on Wednesday, and were scheduled that weekend. They were here at 8:00am and were complete with everything by 2:00pm. They took the care to put down drop cloths, and property tape and mastic all the new plenums and ductwork. They even added a UV light to the air discharge, to help kill mold, and such for my allergies. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new system or repair work. It is a good honest family run business and I am happy to have them as my HVAC specialists.

Jesus and his team were awesome! Family owned business and they know how to do the job right. Professional since the beginning to the end and after. They had inspection my old AC system and they gave me options to go with. The repair was going to be pricy but they had physically showed me the damage of my old 15+ year old system and gave me the right recommendation. After doing research. I decided to go get a new system installed and have them install it. They will take care of you on the price. Trust me I hate spending money but what they offered me was perfect. I’m grateful for them and shocked on how fast they did the job right.

After giving a few calls to different companies and stressing about the prices that I was given I found Jesse through a family member and I am glad I did. His package deal was the best price I received. (trane 3.5 ton with a 14 seer) From the start Jesse was great, answering my initial phone call quick and answering any questions I had about the hvac installation. Most times you call hvac companies you speak to a receptionist that takes your info down and you wait hours or even days for someone to call you back. Not with Jesse. You get him directly.I contacted him on Friday and his team was able to come out the next day on Saturday! They arrived on time and were very professional and answered any questions I had in person. Job took about 5 1/2 hours. I am very happy with my unit. You are in good hands with Jesse and his team.I highly recommend them.

WOW!!! These guys saved my whole summer!!! My dad and brother used them and recommended them to me. I called them on Sunday and they ANSWERED!!! They got my info and on Monday morning I got a call. He asked a couple of questions and then sent me a quote. I went on his website, applied for financing and was approved right away. As soon as I told him it was approved he said Well be there by noon. They were there by noon and had my new unit installed and working perfectly by the time I got home from work!! I was going to have to wait a couple weeks for a new unit, but they had a cancellation so I was able to get in immediately. Thank you guys so much!! You and your crew were awesome!! Jesse was recommended by a friend to repair a heater problem at our business. He showed up on time, gave me options on how to fix the issue, and showed me pictures of what was going on up on the roof. We went with a full replacement of the part and he and his guys installed and cleaned up the mess left from our old service providers. Needless to say they were replaced by Airtemp and I will trust Jesse to keep us cool and warm from now on. I wont hesitate to use him for any home AC issues that may come up down the road. Great experience all the way.

If I could start by giving AirTemp 10 stars by all means I would! They literally saved us from this cold weather. My heater went out I called Jessy and his team after hours and they answered my call (great customer service and punctuality). They were able to replace my ac/heating system the next day after we decided to replace it. My husband travels for work and when I tell you we could not have been in better hands than in AirTemps. Jessy and his team are very honest, reliable, trustworthy, affordable and they go above and beyond to make sure they do an exceptional job. Jesus with air temp did a great job of helping me when my AC quit working. Then he service the outdoor unit and was really great at breaking down everything that needed to be done, from the most important to least important. What I liked most was he was just so honest. We discussed that it was an older unit and that it did need some repairs, but now that it was working again he thought those could wait. Ive never seen anyone in the AC business not try to upsell you. Jesus was amazingly nice, punctual, quick, and thorough.

About one year ago, I was having difficulty with one of the two air conditioning units at my home. After considering several contractors, I choose Airtemp Air Conditioning & Heating, with Jesse Lopez and his team, to replace my HVAC system. Airtemp’s quote was very reasonable and all of their references spoke very highly regarding the quality and thoroughness of their work. He was honest and fair about their pricing up front. Jesse is very courteous and has clearly been doing this work for years. They were also able to come out and replace the system right away, which is HUGE benefit given our Texas heat!Airtemp sent a team to do the replacement and worked fervently for most of a day. They are a first-class team from wearing protective slippers to avoid marking up the floor, to expertly making the repairs, and finally to cleaning up afterwards. While we had some adjustment issues immediately after the system replacement, throughout the process Jesse worked with us diligently to make sure that all the issues were resolved. Jesse is very prompt and knowledgeable and always returned emails and phone calls. I appreciate that he personally calls on nights and weekends. His customer service is excellent and I feel that these he is committed to doing excellent work and establishing a long-term positive customer relationship.Several months later I decided to replace my second AC unit and, of course, asked Jesse to give me a quote for the job. Again, he was very competitive and was immediately available to do the work. Following the installation, adjustments were needed to balance the temperature throughout my home. I could not have been more impressed by the meticulous and dedicated attention that Jesse gave to make sure that was pleased with my new system, even though it took several visits to get everything balanced. He has great expertise on all things HVAC and has always gone out of his way to explain the situation and the next steps. I had a great experience with Airtemp. My old HVAC was acting up and Jesse came by to inspect it. He walked through the repair option and the replacement option without trying to force me towards either one. In the end, I ended up replacing my unit and his HVAC crew did an incredible job. They even replaced my vents to ensure the airflow improved. In addition to this, I felt the pricing was transparent and fair. I did have some issues with the noise when the heat was blowing, but Jesse came back with his team to make sure that everything was perfect before signing off on the job. Cant say enough great things about Jesse and his team at AirTemp. They completely replaced my system last October with a 16 SEER Goodman that Im thoroughly enjoying. He even arranged zero percent financing through Wells Fargo to comfortably fit my tight retirement budget. His team went above and beyond to ensure they installed the best system for my specific needs. I heard strange noises a few days ago and called Jesse this morning to see what could be done; and much to my surprise, after finishing his work day, he stopped by on his way home to check it out. When I couldnt pinpoint or accurately describe the sound, he and his guy thoroughly inspected the attic equipment and then added more stabilizing bands to ensure the system would run mouse quiet again AT NO COST ... not even a service call fee. Courteous, professional, fair prices, customer-focused equipment options, prompt response time -- these all describe Jesse (Jesus) and the AirTemp team!

Jesse was very through with his inspection and diagnosed several other issues I was not aware of along the way. Jesse was recommended to us by a friend. He responded immediately to my facebook message about my broken 1998 era A/C system. He had Humberto call me immediately and was able to quote me over the phone a really fair price for a nice system. I called several other companies including a larger company who tried to sell me something not as good for 2x the price. Humberto was able to come the next day to get us all set up with a formal estimate. Jesse and his crew came the very next day and installed our new A/C with some cool upgrades and a warranty that cant be beat. Airtemp is a small, family business worth checking out. Excellent service and quality! We had our HVAC system replaced and it was a huge relief that we found this company. They were very prompt in getting back to us after we reached out and were very informative about what they would be doing. They were able to answer all of our questions and made sure that we were in the know about everything. They also offered reasonable pricing and flexible financing options, which was a relief since our original HVAC system stopped working out of nowhere (and Texas summers are no joke!) Everyone that came over to get the system installed was very kind and they were very swift in getting everything setup. All in all, it was a huge pleasure working with this company and it was a comfort to know we were in good hands!

I contacted the owner, Jesse Lopez, based on some positive reviews from neighbors on Nextdoor. It was a Sunday afternoon and I received an immediate response. Jesse was out the next morning to look at my AC system. Needless to say, my unit was really old and had several issues which Jesse showed me. I know a little bit about AC units because of my profession and trusted everything he explained and showed me. I decided to purchase an entire new HVAC system since I knew that my furnace was on its last leg and it made since to replace the entire system at the same time.He and his crew were out the next morning to replace the entire system. They were professional and very kind. They even replaced some duct work that they discovered to be bad at no extra charge. The crew cleaned up after themselves and made sure that my cat did not get outside or go into the attic.I am completely satisfied with the my experience with Airtemp from beginning to end. Jesus and his guys are the best there is, period. When looking to replace my AC I got several quotes and Jesus beat them all (quoting with better equipment). He didnt play pricing games and was very knowledgeable. I felt like I was getting a deal from a friend and could trust him. He quoted me one evening and the next morning he was at my house with the new unit ready to work. Him and his crew knocked out the job in just a few hours, he did a walk thru with me afterwards showing everything that they did.What I like is the quality of their service. They put blankets on all of my carpet so they wouldnt dirty it and all of his guys were courteous to my wife. He set me up with a warranty and best of all he offered financing thru Wells Fargo and they approved me on the spot.Ive told all my friends and family about Jesus and his guys and after doing their own shopping around they have all gone with Jesus and have said nothing but great things about his service. I had the misfortune of having my 21 year old heater stop working recently. Jesse came to my house on a weekend and was very informative on my options for replacing my heater. I ended up investing in a new AC unit too since mine is severely outdated at 21 years old. He and his team came the next day and performed my install in a timely and professional matter. They even helped me get connected to my new wifi thermostat. Afterwards, Jesse showed me all the work that was performed. His time went above and beyond to make sure all my ducts were sealed. Although this isnt a review of their business per se, I want to attest to the honesty, integrity, and caring nature of the owners of this business. I was at a local park that is quite large, and at some point I dropped the key to my car. Once I realized it had happened I started to panic-- worried both about getting home as well as that someone might steal the car. A truck with this companys logo pulled up, and the two people inside called out to me. They had picked up my key somewhere along the way and had driven around the park to find the person to whom it belonged. I was incredibly surprised and beyond thankful. Knowing how honest they are, I would absolutely reach out to them for any AC/heating needs.

These guys are great! Even during the Covid 19 pandemic Jesus and his team were able to get us up back and running with new unit. With everything going on and shortage of supplies these guys went above and beyond and drove across the metroplex you pick up the unit. After the installation these guys cleaned up after themselves very well! After working with contractors and their crews that have not done that in the past. It was nice to see that they did. Airtemp air conditioner is the best!!!!!We returned from vacation and after driving for more than 18 hours, what we wanted was to rest, but upon entering the house we were surprised that the air conditioning was not working, (temperature 102).
