    Called around 12:30 pm on Saturday and my call was answered immediately. Keaton was out to my house in North Bryan by 1 pm and gave me his honest opinion that all I needed was to sheet rock the area behind the air intake, instead of adding a duct like I was thinking. He didn’t try to sell me anything or make up a reason for why I needed his services today. We will be calling Aggieland Climate Control when we are almost done remodeling for updates on our duct work! 5 stars to Keaton!

    Keaton did an exceptional job. He was fast to diagnose why nothing was working and got the problem fixed just like that. He really knows and loves his work. Even helped program my new thermostat. I would recommend aggieland climate to anyone who wants the job done and done right the first time.     We had an excellent experience with Aggieland Climate Control. Over a year ago, our A/C stopped working in the heat of the summer. On a friends recommendation, we contacted them, and they sent out a repairman. He got it working again, and didnt charge us for the minor repair. Then, this summer (2022), our poor old A/C just couldnt do it anymore, so we pulled the trigger on replacing the unit. They were very professional, got it all done in a couple of days. It didnt go perfectly, but they handled all the snafus quickly and thoroughly. Also, after a few days, our new A/C stopped cooling the air. I called, and they had someone out within 30 minutes. The A/C was working again by the time he got there, but he checked it out, and even when he couldnt find a problem, he didnt act like I was crazy or making a big deal out of nothing. Also, they filled out and submitted the registration for the A/C company in order to get us an extended warranty and filled out the application for the rebate from College Station utilities. I just had to print it out and mail it in. Highly recommend this company!!

    Aggieland Climate Control has provided us with amazing service. We were having issues with our air conditioner not working properly on a Saturday. We called late that afternoon, and they were able to have someone to see us first thing Sunday morning.Service manager Keith H. came and was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our air conditioner unit. He was extremely professional and was able to have our unit running properly in no time. I would definitely recommend Keith, and Aggieland Climate Control. We will use them again if we ever run into another issue!

    Keith Henry is great to work with. He has been very friendly and helpful the times he has been out to my house. Our blower motor and circuit board needed replacing, and he was able to get to it quickly, and had everything fixed in 1 hour. He even swept up the floor when he was finished working! Its nice to be cool again!

    We scheduled service/repair for today and Keith called on his way over to let us know he could be here early! He was able to diagnose one of the problems right away. After looking over the rest of the system, he found another issue and very quickly corrected both. We were certainly impressed with all of that (and the surprising low cost), but the best part of our visit was his explanation and advice on how we can help our aging unit last even longer. He was especially excellent at helping us understand technical aspects in simple terms--a true professional! We are so thankful to have Keith visit our home today. We will continue to call on Aggieland Climate Control, just as we have for 11 years.

    In the weather like this, and from my past experience, I really did not expect the A/C service guy could show up on time, but this time it is really impressive. Keaton Tann showed up on time, and although younger than my A/C, he is apparently very knowledgeable about it. He quickly detected the issue and fixed it. I will definitely contact Aggieland Climate Control first next time when an A/C or heating problem occurs.

    Received same day service from Keaton at Aggieland Climate Control for a drip in our ceiling that was coming from the drain pan. Keaton was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue we were having. Explained what he did and gave recommendations for preventing the problem from recurring.     Our air conditioner went out on a Sunday evening, I had not been happy with the previous company I had used the summers before to service our unit. So being at my wits end I got online to see what options I had. I read all the wonderful reviews for Aggieland Climate Control and decided to give them a shot. I called their office at 7:45 a.m. the next morning and was delighted to have a live person answer. I scheduled an appointment for them to come out that day at 2p.m. I told them that I would be home after noon and if they got finished early to come on over. Two young gentlemen showed up around 1:30, very polite. It turned out the front panel of the unit in the attic had vibrated off and triggered the unit to shut down. They checked the Freon while they were there. Every thing checked out perfect. Because they didnt really have to do anything they did not even charge for the visit!! I was shocked and amazed. I can honestly say that Aggieland Climate Control has our business for life!! You do not find too many companies that would do that epically given that we were brand new customers. I have recommended them to three other co-workers since then and will continue to tell any one who is looking for an Air Conditioning company that your best bet is Aggieland Climate Control!!

    My experience with Aggieland Climate control was amazing. I was 7 months pregnant in the middle of summer when our AC went out. Jose, the owner, was prompt and super helpful.     I discovered Aggieland Climate Control when I was purchasing my first home and needed an HVAC inspection. Ive kept them on speed dial ever since. If youre reading this, you need to know one thing: this company is the REAL DEAL. They are the friend you want to have in the business. They treat you like family - if the problem can be repaired, they will repair it without trying to force you to buy a new unit. So many companies these days will try everything in the book to sell new equipment to you when a simple repair will do. ACC is not one of those companies. Did you know their technicians have engineering degrees? Theyre as qualified as you can get! I cannot recommend Aggieland Climate Control enough. Give them a call and youll find out why.

    Mr. Rodriguez and his guys genuinely care about their customers. Last summer our a/c stopped working. This was a huge concern for me, not only because it was 100 degrees outside but because I have a special needs dog that cannot, by any means, be left in extreme temperatures. To top things off, it was in the middle of the night. I called Aggieland Climate Control almost in tears. Mr. Rodriguez had a guy on site first thing in the VERY early morning. When the tech arrived he discovered that a part needed to be replaced and did not have it available. However, Mr. Rodriguez went out of his way to find the part for us. My a/c was up and running again by lunch. Not only was the service exceptional but the price was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them. In fact, we just bought a new home and we are going to have Aggieland Climate Control replace the entire a/c system.

    Wonderful customer service and fair prices.When another company tried to scam me (claiming my AC wasnt under warranty to pocket the difference between what they were trying to charge me and what they were actually paying for my replacement under the warranty) - Aggieland Climate Control helped make sure I understood my warranty, fixed my problem and charged me a very reasonable fee. They saved me hundreds, if not thousands of dollars, by being honest and upfront and helping me avoid a bad deal.

    When Keith checked our A/C units, he explained everything that was done. Unfortunately, the unit needed to be replaced. He also looked at our 2nd unit (it was fine) That same day, I received an email from Keith Henry (Service Mgr) and Jose Rodriguez (President) giving us 4 options and prices for a new unit. When we decided, the install was scheduled for the following week. The charge for the service call was credited against the price. There was only one small hiccup, and it was immediately resolved by Keith and Travis. We really appreciated the attention and professionalism of both of these guys during the installation. They also registered the equipment, scheduled the city inspection and provided the CSU Rebate form.Aggieland Climate Control took care of us in our previous house and we have always been extremely happy with them. Hey.....thats why we called them again.

    I called Aggieland climate control on Saturday morning. They were at my house by 1:30. The AC was not cooling at all. I was concerned that I was looking at a major expense. The tech (DJ) found a problem with the connection to the fan. He repaired it and charged me a very reasonable amount. I will definitely use Aggieland again.Just a side note: When I bought my 11 year old house last year, the company that did the AC inspection (not Aggieland) recommended over $400 in charges to bring my system up to date. They were the last company I was going to call.

    Friday night, I realized my air conditioner was not cooling. The dogs and I did okay through the night with just fans, but then we found ourselves facing hot temperatures on a Saturday, with heat index topping 107F.I contacted Aggieland Climate Control about my situation, and was fit in to their already slammed emergency schedule. The owner, Jose Rodriguez, was aware that the dogs were also suffering. Trying to find a cool place to take 2 Great Danes would be a trial for me.Mr. Rodriguez made sure to work us into the schedule today, fixed the problem, and we have cool air and happy safe puppies!Thank you Aggieland Climate Control!!!

    My Condenser needed to be reset and moved back into position. When the blower went out, I used the opportunity to have them both done at the same time. It took a couple of days for them to get a technician to my residents, since they had a lot of good reviews, I decided to wait a day for them to do the repairs. The technician was efficient and repaired the entire system. I was taken by surprised by the final price, but after talking with the owner, realize that the charges were fare. The major cost was due to manufacturers not making R-22 refrigerant and the price now retails for $80 a pound. Jose was patient, and explained everything on the bill and even offered to write a letter to my insurance company. I will definately use them again, and urge anyone reading this to do the same.

    Had used another HVAC company to troubleshoot a chronic problem where the AC would cool for a few hours and then just stop cooling to the point that the air coming out of the vents was warmer than the room temperature. Tried to get the same company to come out yet again on a particularly warm day but the earliest they could come was 2 days later. So I called Aggieland Climate Control and am very happy I did. Colton came out and within 20 minutes had found that the problem was too much freon in the system, which had been done by the previous company. He captured almost 6 pounds of freon and gave me a detailed report of the status of the system as it was when he arrived and the status when he left. He also did a detailed inspection of the rest of the system and left me his contact information if any problems arose. The system has been working great for almost 2 months now. Previously, the system would work for only a couple of hours early in the day before quitting.TL;DR - Colton was able to fix a chronic problem in a short time where another company had not been able to.

    Recently called Aggieland Climate Control for no heat. They came twice and fixed the problem. When I ask whats the charge for the services, they told me the problem was a loosen sensor and they tightend it and claimed no charge for that. Not only they impressed me with their professional services but also their integrity. Aggieland Climate Control is a trustworthy bussiness and is highly recommended.
