Our Ac/heater blower motor broke 2/8/19 (overnight) and we called our Home warranty company Old Republic the next morning... about 5 minutes after we placed the claim we received a call from the owner and not even 4 hours later they send their technician Roger to fix it. unfortunately, he needed a new motor and could not finish the job but after they received the part he came back the following Wednesday and completed the repair. I was dealing with my home warranty for a month facing 100Β° weather. I decided to fire them and I called Adams Air. Sonny, who has over 30 years experience, came out the same day and let me know what was wrong and what I needed. I opted to go with a new outside unit. Had everything installed the day after next while my warranty company is still trying to figure out where the compressor is they ordered. Itβs nice to have air again and work with folks that know what they are doing. Very thankful for their service! Highly recommend! -
