    I called 2 A/C companies first thing Monday morning when I was having a/c issues. One just never got back to me and Accurate had me back up and running within just a little more than 24 hours.Jacob was fast and very effective at his diagnostic skills. One of the units was a little tricky to troubleshoot but he eventually had it working again and identified a couple of things that werent an issue yet, but were about to be. He was transparent about cost every step of the way, and explained the process in easy-to-understand terms as he went through it. Accurate A/C was super fast and super effective when I really needed it, and highly recommend calling them. Thanks!

    Highly recommend for any AC/HVAC issues. Called them for an HVAC issue and they came out the same day. Jacob even called the following day to come out to my house to ensure everything was fixed correctly for no charge. Cant recommend them enough.

    I spoke with Jacob first thing Friday morning to schedule an appointment due to my compressor not running on my unit, he had an availability for late morning that very same day in which I ended up booking. Due to him being ahead of schedule he called more than an hour ahead to see if he could come out at that present time in which I agreed. I was extremely nervous because I didn’t know what to expect considering devastating experiences with prior A/C companies. Upon his arrival he examined my outdoor unit and had a diagnosis in less than 30 minutes. He changed the necessary part (with the brand named part- not a cheap foreign part) in minutes and also checked our Freon level. Upon completion I asked Jacob a few questions in regards to my air conditioning system and he gave me resolutions to them all. Jacob came highly recommended and I’m so happy we decided to go with Accurate Air & Heat, he did NOT disappoint. Our A/C unit now runs much smoother, quieter and no longer surges & not to mention, Blows Snow! Pricing is fair but more important his quality work is priceless. Thank you Jacob for your transparency and quality work, our experience was nothing shy of amazing!

    It was so hot at our office when the AC went out. They answered the phone immediately and set an appointment for me that day. I would highly recommend Jacob he knows exactly what he is doing and he is very professional. He explained to me exactly what was going on and never left me in the dark. My AC unit was installed 1 year ago by another company, they were unwilling to honor their warranty to me.     Very professional and proficient 100% recommended, I contacted Jacob at 5:00 on a Tuesday evening on issue with my AC not blowing cold and he was at my house within 30 min, quickly found issue and addressed it.     I requested service on our system. During phone conversation to set up appointment technician was beyond professional and was able to set up an appointment for the following day. Technician gave a heads up of when he will be arriving and have a call when he was 5 minutes out. After arriving and giving our system a once over and once he had the solution he made the fix and made it look like he wasn’t even there. After seeing the quality of work we set up a service plan.     Central unit wasnt cooling at all. When they made it, they jumped directly to seeing seeing what the problem was. The last item they checked was the heat strip and somehow it got stuck on, which was working againt my house cooling. My house went from 88 degrees down to 74 degrees in 4 hours.
