ABC home & commercial was phenomenal! Everyone we dealt with was kind and compassionate as well as professional and efficient. These are just great people who do a thorough job with a smile. Their care for others shines through their hard work. They took the time to teach us so many things during this process. I’m so grateful for each of the people I interacted with but especially AJ, JJ, Cedric, and Jeffrey.

Ricardo Rios is very thorough and does an excellent job. I hope he gets to continue coming to our home for our bi-monthly services. To be honest I wanted to terminate all of my services this month because the other service guys I feel are not doing their jobs. They are typically done in less than 5 minutes. After the treatment there is still fire ants, crickets, etc. But Ricardo made me reconsider.

I told the representative- I am in a rental with a horrible ant infestation- I can’t even cook. “Oh that’s unfortunate, but this is our next availability”.Very compassionate (sarcasm), excellent follow up (sarcasm)Will be calling another companyFollow up:After posting, a manager called me concerned about my experience. The employee I spoke to on the phone was already coached about alternative options when there is a customer in my situation.I leave 4 stars because I still do not understand how my case was originally dropped from the technician who came out to view my house. Where was that follow up?So a lead technician came out and did a great job treating my house. He gave excellent instructions on when is should see no activity and if I still saw ants even outside my home, when to call. After the initial 2 huge issues, the service and treatment has been great and effective. I can cook in my house again

Great, amazing fantastic service! I am old school, and value personal service, i.e. talking to a warm body. And that’s exactly what I got with ABC. Scot was professional and had my fridge fixed in no time.A trouble free 7 year old GE fridge decided to break while on a 4 day vacation; Came home to frozen food in the Fridge compartment. I made an appointment for repair service through GE online, which was 2 weeks away.I remembered ABC Home and commercial from my years living in Houston- I called them in the morning, and was lucky that their Austin office covered my area down the road. A nice lady set me up with an appointment for the following week; I explained my situation, she contacted her dispatch and located a technician that could come out the same day; within 4 hours of our phone call as noted earlier, my fridge was fixed .

ABC couldn’t make it out the day of due to a prior service call going longer (understandable in this heat) and our issue wasn’t an emergency however they were good to call and let us know and even offered to come late in the day if we desired. We declined and set up another day/time and they arrived on time, answered all of our questions and made some basic suggestions without pushing sales or service. They came recommended and we now recommend them!

Shout out to our technician Charles Parlee who walked us through everything and checked in the following week to make sure everything was good (and for braving our angry wasp nests)! First off they were very professional and informative in helping us with our ant problem. Second, amazing character shown by the technician trainer that went out of her way to help me find my dogs that got loose. One of my dogs even made a mess in her truck while I went off to catch the other dog. I offered her cash for going out of her way but she refused. Great person on their team and extremely grateful for her help.

Our plumber Santiago spent quality time in thoroughly assessing a potential gas leak in our home, and explaining the situation every step of the way. He even went the extra mile for us in a few areas, including making a trip to Home Depot to fix a part that wasn’t originally up to code. He even took the time to become friends with our dog before entering “her” home, which really meant a lot to us. We have been customers of ABC for almost 20 years, and the professionalism and care we received today was consistent with all our other experiences!

We had another company come and charge us too much for a one-way trap and a dryer vent cover that didnt take care of the problem. ABC came, sealed several other potential entry points and has placed nearly a dozen traps around the house and bait stations outside. They will keep coming back until the problem is done. Way more knowledgable and far more thorough.

ABC went above and beyond. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to all my family and friends. I was out of town all week on a business trip, came home on Friday to no hot water. I called them at 7:20 to make an appointment, their first available was on Sunday. The rep stated she would put me on a cancellation list and if they had an opening they would call. She called back at 8:52 stating a technician was in our area and could be there on 20 minutes. He showed up, fixed our issue and was in and out in 20 minutes. I’m so thankful for their friendly rep and technician and above all, their prompt service.

Lease out a building where we had rodent friends large and small. As soon as we made a payment, they sent over help due to our emergency case with smells. I was so impressed with the quick aid. Then the initial set up a week later was a very thorough closure of all possible entries. Very quick follow up email with all files were sent over soon after the initial set up . I look forward to working with the staff as everyone has been so helpful and informative. Customer service is a big deal to me and they are a 5 star service!
