We had a lot of damage during the storms last month and he has helped me install a new thermostat and checked on my unit to make sure it was running properly. Excellent service and very friendly technicians. Primary A/C line plumbed to bathroom was clogged and 75 degree A/C cleaned the T-trap and flushed both primary A/C drain lines resolving the issue. We also discovered one of the A/C unit coils wasn’t level which led to water draining out of the both the secondary and primary drain lines regularly. The tech installed straps to help level out the A/C unit and direct condensation down the primary drain line.

Both of the air conditioning units went out within 24 hours of 1 another. It was 95 degrees outside. I called 75 degrees and spoke with Kenny. He sent someone out the same day. My technician was Dan. Dan, quickly assessed the units and got them working.We both agreed to replace the furnace and 1 unit due to the age of the items (15 + years). He helped me order a unit and furnace. Within 2 days 75 degrees installed both items and my home is cooling perfectly! I highly recommend this company for your AC needs!

He talked me through the issues and told me to turn off the a/c for a couple of hours as he suspected a part was freezing my air filter and needed to be changed. We love 75 Degree AC ! We bought the old Single House in Katy . We just took . I purchased a new HVAC system from 75 Degree AC in March and they installed it the next day. The install looks great. Things went smoothly and I felt I was treated honestly when I was told they needed to return to add a little more freon because the bottle of freon they had didnt contain enough to completely charge the system. I think I got lucky selecting 75 Degree AC to do my job. Time will only tell but for the winter pricing I paid and what seems to be a good installation I would recommend 75 Degree AC. I messed up installing my new Google Nest thermostats and blew the fuses on both of my AC units. I called Kenny desperately to ask questions and he said he could be out to me in less than an hour. He is so nice, so professional, and knew exactly what the issue was - even over the phone with my not-so-knowledgeable clues. Would highly recommend 75 Degree for all your ac repairs!! Another company told us to replace the whole copper tubing but 75 came out and found the hole and plugged it within a couple of minutes. There was a small hole in the copper line which was preventing cuz from have air conditioning.
