Awesome experience. Called at 5pm after our AC died, tech was out at 11am the next day. Took the time to show both my wife and I the failed components and explain what they were, and had the inventory we needed on his truck (which is not common in my experience). Quick call, fixed quickly; absolutely recommend.

Nearly perfect. In my experience Set has the knowledge and will take the time, when he has it, to do good diagnosis and not just replace parts needlessly. I had to insist on a second nitrogen pressure test after he brazed in a new filter dryer that had a bad connection. I wanted to be 100 percent sure that we had eliminated all leaks in the system before putting another $1,000 worth of refrigerant. The filter dryer was the only significant leak and he charged up our appropriately 12 year old 4 ton R410a system and its held up for a year and a half since.Its good as a consumer of an expensive service to familiarize yourself with typical repair processes. But also remember to be respectful of technician time and let them work.. dont be a helicopter.
