Leo has been my lead refrigeration/ice machine guy for 4 years now at my Artisan Pie Bakery in Katy, Proud Pie. He is incredible with emergency break downs and with a No-Bull attitude, gets your parts in and your machines fixed as soon as possible. I have found him to have an extremely high code of ethics, great customer service demeanor and some of the most competitive pricing in the Houston area. Highly Recommend!

Today I walked into my restaurant and my walk in freezer was at 75 degrees and all my product was ruined. I called my warranty company and several other repair companies and no one could come out to service my equipment without charging me an overtime rate during business hours. However, I stumbled upon Dr Clean ice machines and gave them a call within a few hours they had someone here work on my equipment. The tech found the problem and fixed it with no problem. After he finished with the cooler I had him take a look at my ice machine which needed servicing and within minutes he diagnosed the issues cleaned and sanitized my machine. I couldn’t be any happier with the service I was provided. If you are looking for fast reliable service don’t hesitate to give this company a call they will take care all of you needs. Leo came out at the end of business day and helped us get out walk in freezer back in operation. We had acquired a old restaurant so this unit had been setting for a year with no service. He came out fast and worked his magic. I have never had a repair man that was so professional yet so friendly that didn’t want to charge me an arm, leg and my first born lol. Great service reasonably priced and amazing all around business. I highly recommend.
