    Outstanding Company! To make a long story short, Modern Roofing is excellent in all categories, and by far the best I found in the area. You will be glad you called.Longer story...after discovering a relatively small leak in our roof, we sought out a company to do a repair job. I met with representatives from 6 different companies, most of which seemed like they were good. However, the problem was that this was a relatively small job, and i found it very challenging to find a company that offered high quality work, responsive communications, good value, and quick scheduling. I get it...its not a big money job for them...but i needed help. Then i found Modern Roofing!! I promise, they exceeded my exceptions in every category. Its a family business and its obvious they are all committed to doing a great job and taking care of all of their customers. This is a company (partner) you can trust will be there for all your roofing needs. There is no doubt that Ill be calling them again for my roof replacement in a few years.

    I had previously hired Modern Roofing to do a few repairs on my roof. I was pleased with what they did and later arranged for them to power wash the roof tiles of my house, my driveway and to clean the roof gutters. The guys who came worked hard and took great care to make sure the job was done thoroughly. The roof and the driveway had needed cleaning badly and they now look like new. The owner was very responsive whenever I had any questions and came to my house to make sure that I was happy with the work. I have had 2 excellent experiences with them now and I will use them again in the future. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to have this kind of work done.

    My roof leaked after a very heavy down pour this past week. I called Modern Roofing in a panic and asked them to come out asap. Nick responded the same day and came out the very next morning to assess the issue.Nick was able to find the leak and he e-mailed me up-close pictures of the roof problem. His quote was fair and I like that Modern Roofing warranties their work for 2 years. He was able to fix the roof within days of the quote. Nick also removed and re-caulked other potential areas of the roof. Once he was finished the work, he emailed me more up-close pictures of the finished job.My communication with the company was excellent. Nick is polite and professional. I highly recommend Nick and his company Modern Roofing.I

    I had new flat roofs and some repairs done by Modern Roofing at my home. They were very professional, friendly and did a great job.     My eight-unit town house association roof was messed up by Harvey. I met with eight different roofers, but only Joe Shirley of Modern Roofing told me the truth - our shingles were defective. Joe told me this and he wasnt even a dealer for that manufacturer. Thats as honest as it gets.We hired Joe, he is now a CertainTeed dealer, and the job he, his son Nick, and his entire crew did was simply fantastic! Our roofs are more complicated than the average roof. In addition to the pitched roof, we have multiple flat areas, and lots of flashing. Our roof looks better than new and its as tight as a drum!I highly recommend Modern Roofing and Joe Shirley. I only wish Google would make an exception and let me give them six stars - ******!

We had a TPO roof put in for our 13,000 sqft townhouse complex and received a NDL warranty directly from GAF. Nick and Joe were on site to ensure the job was done right and always took full responsibility and responsive if any issues came up during the build process.     We recently had a new roof installed on our house by Modern Roofing. Everyone from Modern Roofings crew were professional and courteous. They were very quick and efficient in completing the project. I have shared my happiness with this company to all of our neighbors. Upon completion Nick came out and inspected the roof and found a few minor scuffs in the shingles and had them replaced to complete the job. The cleanup was fantastic they ran magnets around the yard and had covered our plants and pool from the debris, we didnt find one nail! They are exatly what I expect a family owned business to be.
