Received unprofessional service. 1st appointment Rept was over an hour late never called, she showed up and wanted to reschedule for the next day, I agreed , next day no call, no show.Smart Home Remodeling offered an sincere apology for the inconvenience of the missed appt. the representative had a car accident on the way to my appt and of course unable to contact me in a reasonable time to cancel. I accepted the apology and set up another appt to review my plans; it was a very professional informative meeting, d look forward to working with Smart Home Remodeling.
