    Hobby Lobby is the best at keeping up to date with home decor, crafts and different monthly events/occasions. Lots of sales help keep costs down. Hobby Lobby at the Forum has some of the friendliest employees as well which keeps me coming back.

    This August I am moving after two years, Cindy and the rest of the team have addressed all my concerns quickly and clearly. The maintenance team has provided quick service. The pool and gym are very well maintained, if something doesnt work it is a matter of days before it is repaired. In the inspection prior to my move, I was told that no major adjustments would be necessary, so I hope not to have the problems reported by other people in the reviews with the return of the deposit. I will update this review once the move is completed and the deposit is returned to tell you about my final experience.Updated 09/29I got my deposit back a few weeks ago, no issues at all, so by the end all ended up pretty well. Thanks to all staff again, great place to live in.

    I have lived in the Beautiful Trophy Oaks over a year. Cindy Ortiz was first person I met and showcased apartment. She has excellent interpersonal skill and so delightful. She takes the time with you and address any concerns always. She and Lali are truly amazing and make my stay here absolutely great.

    From the moment I walked into the office the front office staff immediately greeted me and made me feel right at home. I was very impressed with the tour that was provided to me. The amenities are sparkling cleaned and modern. In addition, Cindy and Lali were very helpful and answered all my many question regarding the leasing process. I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to live in a five star amenity property. You will truly get a lot of bang for your buck!

    Moved into my first Apartment this past weekend and I am LOVING IT! Staff is Excellent, Friendly. Place is nice and updated/ Clean , these apartments are Brand New and Beautiful! If you come check them out I recommend Tamika! Tamika helped me with my move in and she was so attentive, any time I had questions or was anxious (moving process) she made it all better. She really was on top of her stuff and I appreciate her for it.

    Moved in last month and love the property. From the layout and design, to the stainless steel appliances and coutner tops. Great location and my unit has the best patio view. The leasing agent Tamika was especially helpful, in answering any questions or concerns I had. She worked diligently throughout the entire process. From start to finish from the time I applied until the time I signed the lease, and moved in. Good community great customer service and even better location.

    Morgan (our leasing specialist) was amazing! She went out of her way multiple times to help me get settled into my new apartment. Every problem that presented itself was taken care of quickly and easily. The staff at Trophy Oak will take care of you. Thank you for making the moving process that much easier! 5 star service!

    These 5 stars are for Katy Winter she is great s her job and doesn’t slack around. Katy was not in office for 3 months and everything has been a mess so glad she came back. Other staff like Morgan always in the defensive, Reno and other young guy really need to step it up no so sense of customer service they never return your calls emails and do follow ups very unorganized. Had to sent paper work several times and they never got it when I had proof i had sent it to several emails they still came to my apartment Morgan was saying I had to leave since I had not sent a notice or let them know. This had never happened to me and keep in mind I’m a very good tenant I sent everything on time to avoid that and still get that because they weren’t responsible enough to look at the emails. This was out of hand. After Katy came back you can tell the difference right away she is on top of things and gets them done never rude, great customer service most importantly. She does not care if you aren’t resident because even when I had questions about trophy oak without being a resident she is very quick to reply ever since I was in aspire she has always been extremely professional. Thanks for working and doing your job right Katy.

    Katy Winter is the Community Assistant here and she is fabulous! She has been a tremendous help in getting us in to our apartment a year ago and now with our lease renewal for another year. She goes out of her way to assist us and remind of us whats coming and what we need to do. She is professional and considerate. We love Trophy Oaks and Katy!!!

    I have recently been approved to move into the Trophy Oak Apartments. I have been in the Property Management Industry for nearly 10 years and have been on several tours of different properties and am very impressed with the staff at Trophy Oak. Tamika and Felix are very knowledgeable and professional with their tours and their knowledge of the property. They have a way of making you feel right at home. The property even though still under construction is beautiful and the insides of the units are beautifully done. I look forward to living here and continuing the great experience.

Everyone at this location was so helpful and beautiful amenities throughout the complex. But wanted to give a special thanks to Colin Harrison for helping me with my payment issue.     I can say Spectacular!!! My kids can’t wait to move.. Trophy Oak 100.5% beautiful to live with.. Morgan is very engaging.. Morgan is very helpful sweet and kind and accommodating, she’s very friendly she explained very well , what we need to do, the sorroundings is awesome, the building itself is amazing.. most especially the units.. very comfortable it’s huge my kids loved it so very much.. amenities, the pool .. gym.. especially to stay fit the residents are very approachable and friendly.. I couldn’t asked and find more beautiful place like Trophy Oak. This place is 5 *****

    Honestly maintenance is always pretty prompt. They are always kind when answering the door by not just coming in they always wait for the A-Okay and especially with having a young child in the unit, I know it can get a little crazy when they’re trying to work. But they are always so kind and inclusive with my son by explaining what they are doing. It’s very kind. Makes me never want to move because they help make us feel comfortable and safe

    I just leased an apartment at Trophy Oak and am very excited about moving in. Morgan was great ! She showed me several apartments and never made me feel rushed as I was measuring spaces to see if my furniture would fit.     The staff at Throphy Oak makes you feel very welcome. We had a great experience with our application process, and the place is very nice. My husband and I love it. We are waiting on our building to be finish. Tamika is very helpful and shes there for whatever questions you have.

    Trophy Oak is absolutely stunning!! The units are beautifully designed and full of quality appliances and fixtures. The leasing staff was very kind and attentive. Normally luxury apartments are way overpriced but Trophy Oak apartments are priced fairly!

    Although I didn’t live there, I had an opportunity to fill in as a temp for a brief moment and let me tell you that the property is beautiful and located near almost everything! If I wasn’t in the process of purchasing a home, Trophy Oaks would be my first choice! Oh and ask for Collin, he is very professional, not to mention, super knowledgeable and you can tell that he enjoys making you feel right at home!

    The office is swamped and could have more help; there is always one poor lady doing everything it seams. They couldve also explained that we will get a trash can and that we may dump our trash in the compactor. So communication on the little details such as these wouldve been great but overall a wonderful experience and AMAZING complex full of happy hard working people!

    This is a gorgeous facility. I visited twice now, within a week. While i do not reside there, i easily catch the warm friendly hometown vibe its residents must feel every single day. I am jealous. Its just a place you know ti can get used to on your first hello. Check it out.

    Edit: Major improvements since the dog number two issue I posted. Side gate has been more or less consistently fixed (finally).The owners around here are unfortunately just extremely lazy and don’t pick up after their dogs.Maintenance staff is world class, I feel bad seeing them walk around with buckets picking up after these lazy owners. But it is what it is I guess.
