I have been renting with Topletz Investments for years now. I have to say that if you need a place, they are there for you. Every time Ive asked for something to be fixed, they have sent help very quickly. The ladies in the office Mrs. Becky, and Ms.Maria are fabulous! They actually care. I haven t had one bad encounter with either of them. Mr. Topletz is also very nice. Ive had the pleasure of speaking with him, he listened and helped me out. There are renting their houses at affordable prices, keep that in mind. Anyways, hope this helps :) Thanks Topletz.

I have lived with someone who had a house with them good treatment and I also am trying to rent from them now the process is very easy and fast I love it so far I will write a update if I get it or not

Topletz allowed me and my kids a second chance lease then home purchase. Im thankful ,i did have to do some repairs and upgrades.
