In five months time, Mary Lynne was the selling agent for our home as well as a rental property and the buying agent for our new home. We contacted her almost daily on one property or another and she was always quick to reply (even at 6:30 in the morning or 11 at night!). She was always available. When we sat down to discuss selling our home, we had circumstances and limitations that did not allow us to show the house on public MLS. She reassured us that she would honor our requests through private realtor connections and be contacted whenever interested buyers wanted to tour. This worked for all involved. We were looking for a house in Lakeway and Mary Lynne not only had access to off-market listings, when we found a house we loved she helped us secure the winning offer of multiple offers. She was also incredibly helpful throughout the contracting phase. She assisted the owners of the home to find vendors to create custom drainage gates, provided us with almost daily updates, and was even willing to help us with finding a renter for our current home in central Austin. Look no further for a realtor, especially if you are looking in the Lakeway area!
