After living on this property for almost 3 years and seeing multiple managers, leasing agents and owners come and go, I have to say Scarlet, Gabby AND Lion Real Estate Group are by far the best. It’s absolutely amazing seeing leasing agents and managers do their job but also accommodating to all of their residents needs.These two ladies are exactly what this property needed & I hope they don’t go anywhere anytime soon. They definitely make it hard to even consider moving to an different property.

There has been significant improvement in all matters such as professionalism, cleanliness, security compared to previous management.The new Manager Scarlet and Asst. Manager Gaby are very friendly, and address professionally to any concerns and complaints from residents.I had few things to get fixed. I spoke to Scarlet and and she listened to all of my complaints in details and sent the maintenance workers to get those issues fixed and taken care same day. She also physically stopped by my apartment to make sure that the contractor and the maintenance workers are taking care of issues professionally.So far I am very happy with the new Management and I hope they will continue serving the residents professionally and friendly.

This property has experienced TREMENDOUS growth since having Scarlet as the manager. Everyone leaving negative reviews regarding her upholding RULES needs to check themselves. Your car keeps getting towed, so maybe park where you’re supposed to? Crazy how I’ve never experienced any of these problems, but also crazy how I do what’s asked of me as a tenant; I.e. pay my rent on time, park where I’m allowed, and make friends with maintenance so my issues are always fixed expeditiously. People need to grow up.

Although 2 issues have not been taken care of, its the place I can settle down to live. I have no desire to live anywhere esle. I am 75 years old and I am completely satisfied. I have told my family and friends that from here, its a nursing home or the grave. Even if I am still around and they take my retirement benefits away, I will go back to work if I have to, just to stay in this complex. I have given friends information on this complex and that if they move here, they will be completely satisfied like I am if they get to live here. I believe this says it all. Thank you for the opportunity to express my opinion.

We liked living here. Our stay was May 2009 to Dec 2009. My husband was doing his summer/fall internship and we moved after he finished, and it was time for him to go back to College Station to finish his last semester of school. We had a lovely 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit upstairs and in the back of the property. We never had any issues with neighbors. The office was friendly. The unit didnt have the nicest of updates and appliances, but everything was clean and worked fine. We didnt have any maintenance issues. The pool by the office was beautiful and the grounds were nicely taken care of. Loved the gym, very good equipment and nice tvs.The price was very fair. We were located very close to grocery and restaurants. I never felt unsafe on the property.

I lived here for two years. Jeannie is a gem. Love her professionalism and the way she handles problems. Shes firm but fair and always friendly as long as you arent a jerk to her. I only moved recently because of my roommate situation, if not for Jeannie I probably wouldnt of made it rooming with him considering the last 6 months there I was on my own. I cant say how great the place will be if Jeannie leaves, but while shes there Id highly recommend moving here. One of the top 5 Apt to live in Irving for an affordable price! Just make sure you are careful with who you choose as a roommate.THANK YOU JEANNIE!!!!Darrell :).

I loved it here !! I felt welcomed when I walked in. The greetings of Mrs.Jeanine were outstanding. Due to her welcoming spirit is why me and my roommate choosed to stay here over the other 5 choices we had. My roommate is currently still staying I unfortunately had to move back to college. But Mrs. Jeanine is like family Ill be visiting her when I come back. KUDOS TO MRS.JEANINE! Shes truly a gem.
