We have been renting in Temple, and Paula is a fantastic landlord- which people don’t get to say often! She is responsive and always goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of us. She is personable, involved, and has our best interests in mind when interacting with us, or giving us information. The maintenance man is also very helpful and kind. It is rare to be able to put so much trust in a team as renters. We would be happy to rent from Tenant First in the future so long as Paula is involved!

We rented through Tenant First and it was by far the best rental experience we have been through. The community was amazing, the price was very fair, and the Tenant First team was very responsive. Paula went over and beyond too many times to count. The maintenance team was extremely quick and when something was more than a quick fix, they always kept us updated and mitigated the issue with a temporary fix. We will miss this place so much but if we are ever in an area that has Tenant First rentals again we will rent with them without hesitation.

My husband and I have lived in one of the Temple rentals for about 6 months now and the experience here has far exceeded all of my expectations! Paula is one of the kindest people I have ever met and she has always made sure that we are well taken care of and having everything we need. She is like family and she makes us really feel at home here. We unfortunately experienced a devastating tornado 3 days after we moved in and although the damage to our home was minimal compared to others, Paula and her entire maintenance team were so quick to jump into action to make sure we were safe and that repairs were made quickly and done at the highest quality. Everyone we encountered during this process was so helpful. James, specifically, is always so responsive and helpful as well! He is constantly seen driving around the neighborhood, always happy to stop and help/answer questions/chat! I cannot say enough good things about these two people, Paula and James! They go above and beyond to make living here a great experience for everyone! I look forward to many more months of living here!

Paula was very detailed with everything. She is very personable and helpful. She ensures all your questions are answered. Paula knows a lot about her houses and the neighborhood. I would recommend Paula to anyone that is looking for a house as well as Tenant 1.

Paula always took great care of us and went above and beyond to make sure any issues were resolved, when needed, we will surely miss her! I’ve rented from so many companies & individuals in Bryan-College Station, and Tenant First has been by far the best. They’re very responsive to the (rare) maintenance request, and seem to actually care about their properties.

I’ve been renting with this company since 2020! They are the best!!! Quick to respond, timely with maintenance and pleasant people all around. Their technician is extremely detailed, quick, prepared & arrive extremely timely. I also have never had a neighbor complaint, being in a college town I was expecting at least one. They are diligent in their application and approval process. Extremely family friendly housing options that are located in what I would consider some of the safest and quite communities of this busy town! I couldn’t be happier to rent from them. Once in the market to move I found myself waiting for other options for them to open up in hopes to stick with this realty company! I’ve recommended coworkers and neighbors I now consider friends to their properties. Everyone has LOVED them. If you’re reading this, I now recommend you too!!! Temple, TX - I have rented several times in the past and my time with them from 2022-2024 was hands down the best rental experiance Ive had. Paula and Renee are fantastic! They respond to work orders pleasantly, promptly, and professionaly, we never had any issues that werent handled within a few days. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Work orders are handled quickly. The technician was very knowledgeable about potential issues before moving forward. He fixed the door and gave me an overview of how it handled. I recommend these folks if you are looking for a rental. Very professional and courteous staff.

In the 12 years we’ve rented, we’ve never had a more pleasant experience than with Leading Realty! It was such a pleasure renting with y’all!Exceptional communication!Any issues (had 1 issue in 2 years) with the rental were always handled in a timely manner.Comprehensive grace period and super user friendly app for all correspondence and payment processing.The properties are well maintained and lawn care is included so our home always had great curb appeal!100% recommend!

Michelle at Leading Realty has taken amazing care of me for almost 4 years. Through COVID, the big Texas freeze, and other major life changes. They never price-gouged me (while many other rental companies have) and have always been fair. I loved the house I rented. I bought a house and am happy to be a homeowner, but I will actually miss having Leading Realty to fallback on. Thank you for everything!

Best landlord we have ever had. More than responsive and always helps set us up for success. We had an issue with the garage door not opening on the Friday night of st. Patricksand the owner himself came, picked us up, took us to a car rental company, and paid for the rental car for the weekend so that we had access to a car while mine was stuck in the garage. We trust them, and are thankful to rent from them.

The traffic here is starting grow and people seem not understanding the speed limits in the area, additionally, guest are parking in the streets and not in driveways and or guest parking.
