If you are looking for a realtor in Central Texas, I highly recommend Courtney. She knows the area very well and is very accommodating and patient. We came to Austin from out of state with only a few days to find a new home. She adjusted her schedule to show us as many homes as we could in that time period. Courtney listened to what we were looking for and to our likes/dislikes as we looked at homes to help adjust our search as necessary. She answered over a thousand questions in person, over the phone and through email. Buying a home can be very stressful, especially when doing so from another state. Courtney did everything she could to make the home buying process as easy as possible for us. Since we bought the house, Courtney has continued to go out of her way to answer questions about home improvement projects and value added; and research home values to help with property tax assessments.
