Candy Rose took over our rental property in a quick turnaround from our last property manager. Being geographically separated, Candy made things as easy as possible for us in signing documents electronically and putting utilities in her name when the tenants moved out for us to list the house for sale. She researched handymen to fix the place up, took pictures (twice), and had no problem explaining the process to me. I would highly recommend her for a property manager and a realtor!

The service my husband and I have received from Rose Residential has been exceptional. It may seem obvious to some the work that is done based on the profession. But, we have rented many properties over the past few years with our work travel, most of which have been through property management companies. We have never received the attentiveness we have with Rose and our last experience was stressful, frustrating, and expensive to say the least. I told My husband we would not rent through a property management company again (though I know it’s common in Texas) and was very hesitant about renting this property because of it but I am very glad that we trusted to work with Rose Residential. All three times we placed a work order, it was fixed the following day with quick communication and contact from the contractor to make things hassle free. Not to mention, any questions or concerns we have had have been handled the same. We very much appreciate it and and highly recommend working with her!

I had the best experience with Candy and her company! I started the search for the home by myself and had asked about a different house. Unfortunately the other house didnt take pets but she offered to help with my house search. I gave her 3 different houses to see if we could schedule a visit with them and she was able to confirm an appointment the very next day! Carl was wonderful as well, he was already there when I arrived and was quick to open the house for me. I recommend this company to anyone looking for a house. I felt like they cared about finding a home for my family and listened to my needs rather than just finding any house that was on the market.

Very skeptical at first, its not common to see a very well rated Management company. Im relieved to say that the process was quick and straightforward. Candy Rose was very easy to work with. I signed my lease at lunch break and met with the property owners after work. Very nice couple. They absolutely worked around my work schedule and thats above and beyond to me. I believe thats the way managing a property should be!

Candy took care of everything! She got the tenants to move on time, had all the cleaning, repairs and painting done. Made some recommendations to help sell the house at an increased price and took care of that as well. She paid for everything and was reimbursed upon the sale of the house so no out of pocket from my end which was great as the seller. Communications was good, providing all the reciepts for work done, and paperwork for the sale of the house. Being out of state she spent about an hour going over the contract with me over the phone item by item answering all of the questions which was a big relief. She was very helpful and timely, a very painless and good experience.

In November of last year, I had a month until my lease at my apartment was up. I just had my second kid and was in need of more space for my babies to grow. I never thought I was ready to move into a house, credit wise. I got in touch with Valerie and she worked day in and day out to find what I needed in such little time. Hello, after leaving Texas three years ago with the military my family found ourselves returning back to Texas. As many military families are aware the search for homes is at times very tough because youre in one state renting/buying a home from another, many times blindly. But, thankfully Valerie from Rose residentials made this transition for my family flow so smoothly. She was able to find us a large beautiful home big enough for my family to live in comfortably, also offering a live walk through of the home as we were in Colorado. This house was everything we could ask for, not to mention the amenities of a neighborhood pool and backyard playground, we couldnt be happier family! This is the best living unit I have lived in since Ive been in San Antonio the complex are real nice and quiet the units are real clean cozy and comfortable and I love my landlord they come out when you call they will fix whatever was broke shes so respectable so if youre looking for somewhere nice to live you wont regret living in Camp Ridge Apartments I live in a duplex and I love it oh yeah and the neighbors are so respectable this is a nice side of town in a nice complex
