My experience with renters-warehouse has not always been the best with communication in the past years however there seems to be a-lot of changes. I was changed to the Blue team and Carlos Benitez has been so professional and responsive. The maintenance supervisor Melvin is also really great. Not only does maintenance text for updates but he calls to verify work has been completed to my expectations. I plan to renew my lease based on the much improved service and appreciate their kind speedy and professional service.

Latasha is very friendly. I recently moved and she performed an inspection after having minor work done. She noticed some painting work needed to be done and assured me it would be done right away. SO far so good Renters Warehouse. I have no complaints.:)

Latasha is amazing! She helped us on the weekend with a water heater leak and she was so nice, understanding, and fast at giving us an answerwhthe next day the problem was fixed! Others we spoke to during the week took the whole week for a response, she gave us an answer within 1 hour of speaking to her. She made me feel valued and important. This 5 star review is only for the inspector Latasha who works at Renters Warehouse. Besides our excellent experience with Latasha, we have had a horrible experience with several other employees at RW for the past 3 years.Latasha did the inspection of our home when the renter was moving out. Latasha was very responsive when we had questions about the inspection. We must have emailed her at least 10 times and she always replied back very fast and kindly regardless of what time is was. As far as the move out inspection, Latasha did a very thorough job of inspecting my home even though the renter was still in the process of moving. Everything was very well documented on the inspection report and she did not miss anything. The report even included comments by the renter about the damages to the home. It was a joy working with Latasha. RW is very lucky to have her as one of their inspectors.

LaTasha Solley had been to the house we rent three times. She came for an annual inspection and was able to get the property manager to repair several items. She was very helpful in coordinating those repairs and made a visit to inspect the repairs. She came again today to inspect roofing repairs to find that the contractor had not completed the job. Latasha will get the work completed. She has been a huge help. She is a great communicator and puts us at ease.

Latasha Solley was both our safety inspector, and our move out inspector. She was professional, kind, detailed and proactive. She not only made sure that the property that we rented was as safe as could be, she immediately set us up with a company to evaluate possible water damage to said property. At all points.....before, during and after..... She kept in communication with us. The problem was taken care of in a timely matter. She also worked with us to set up a time that would work well for us for our move out inspection. Every interaction that we had with her was pleasant and detail oriented. We really appreciated her, and all the individual time that she gave us. Thank you so much Latasha! My husband and I really valued you.

We loooooved working with Manuel Barrera ❤! We’re a BIG family with a 6 kids, we really needed to upgrade from our 3 bedroom rental to our first home, which we envisioned to have 4 bedrooms. IN JUST 3 WEEKS Manuel Barrera helped us score a move-in ready HOME with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 stories, 2 garage spaces, in a prime location just a few minutes from Lake Olympia. MY EVER BEST EXPERIENCEI have had a few contact with people in your company but Latasha Solley is exceptionally Great in her ways dealing with tenants and resolving problems. She would go out of her way to make sure the issue is resolve and tenants enjoy full satisfaction and she is always ready to answer any questions or doubt.I love her approach of always willing to help and she is indeed my best experience as I felt so much relax to talk with her about the problems I am experiencing with regards to my apartment and even when the owner says he would handle the issue directly she kept on calling to find out about the progress and if there is any other way she could help.I will love to work with her anytime I have issues and will recommend other tenants to speak with her when in need or doubt.Regards

I am giving Trisha a five-star! Trisha was AMAZING she got it done!!!! I have been waiting a week for someone to fix the leaking water coming from the kitchen sink. when I called I got Trisha which let me vent without interruptions, she had compassion for what was happening to me and how stressful my issue was. she contacted the owner and got it done within 12hrs I am so grateful for this lady because she went over and beyond and called after everything to make sure everything went well and that I was satisfied. she rates a 10 in my book. thats the way you handle your customers.

Angela Sanchez has been very helpful and attentive through the entire process. She is making sure that my Landlord rights are guarded and protected, meanwhile, taking renters full satisfactory in to consideration !!! Trust me, this is uneasy task! Thank you very much Angela you have been awesome!in January 2022 had to contact them for the Tax form. Manuel Barrera who help me this time was very helpful. I have had a pleasure talking to him on several occasions he has always been very professional, understanding and kind.

Melvin Sanchez is the only decent person working there and a very nice guy. My experience has been otherwise that they are unprofessional especially Manuel Barrera very argumentative and rude. they use their system to avoid making necessary repairs to highly dangerous conditions on the property. They come up with unnecessary fees and charges like pet rent when there are no pet amenities that are being provided like a dog park or grooming station. They change the amount of the rent after you get approved. They are very difficult to negotiate with. The owner sent people here over five times in the first two months of the lease without even notifying me, they just showed up unannounced. They’re very reluctant to make repairs but want you to violate the lease by storing property for the owner and then allowing the owner to pick it up whenever they get ready even after I was injured by items left by the owner. just would never rent with them ever again.

Had to do this review after having the delight in meeting Safety Inspector Latasha. The experience was professional and helpful. Latasha communicated the entire process well and followed through with the completion email. Latasha made sure we were comfortable by wearing mask, gloves and staying 6 feet apart during the entire inspection. Latasha displayed a friendly demeanor and made the process a breeze.
