We recently sold the property with the expert assistance of Michael Mayes and Sarah Kelty, who made the whole complex process much easier than it would otherwise have been, and since the sale, Jennifer has very kindly gone out of her way to assist us in gathering all of the documents we needed to complete our tax return for 2023. We hired Jennifer to sell our property in North Richland Hills in June of 2022. Listing went live 6/24/22, Jennifer hosted an open house on 6/26/22, and we had an offer over list price that we accepted by 6/27/22! Jennifer was super responsive to texts and calls. She went above and beyond to make our transaction as smooth as possible. If she didn’t have the answer to a question, she looped in Michael and he assisted promptly. We had a great experience with Red Team and would recommend them!

I was under a different property management team when I moved in and when they took over I noticed a change. The Red Team has helped me live in a well kept property for over 2 years. The online portal is so easy and convenient to pay rent or put in work orders. Pet friendly! With fare rates on pet fees. Only reason I left is, I bought a house and needed to move out within a month. The catch was I recently signed a year lease. Even with a pandemic they were able to get my apartment leased in 3 days of moving out. Great team!

Finally, a company that operates in good faith! I’ve been an owner with Red Team Real Estate for about five years. They have helped me to both buy and sell properties, with several under management. The properties under rent have remained occupied consistently, quality of renter vetted well, and payments on time. Red Team takes great care of the maintenance of these properties and I’ve been impressed with their help with renovation updates. The thoroughness of work and depth of knowledge is impressive, helping to navigate both residential and commercial banking loans, industry legalities, property searches, showings, acquisitions, lease renewals, and closings. All aspects have gone smoothly. Thanks Red Team for taking the headache out of property management, very refreshing!

I had moved into one of their properties back in the beginning of March 2020, everyone that worked there was friendly and helpful. They gave us heads up when they would be coming to check on the house never once just showed up out of the blue. During one of their visits I had a broken ankle and was stuck in bed and they asked if I needed them to grab me anything before they left. Overall the best experience I’ve had with a rental company.
