    Red Lion Realty was a great experience. We purchased a house with their help and the complete time line from finding the house to signing the papers and moving in was 30 days. They not only got us into our house but helped with giving us referral to people from inspectors to roofing people to home warranties . They still keep in touch to give us heads up on when to file for homestead exemption to just to make sure we dont need anything and that we are good. Richard was best and we considered him family.

    We recently made the move from Chicago to Texas in November. Selling our home in Illinois and buying one here in Texas at the same time, provided a very interesting perspective. We were able to compare the services provided from the realtors we used and can tell you from the experience, Richard was the complete package! He was very attentive in explaining the process of buying a new home. Rich also did his research well. After we explained to him what we were looking for, he was able to find homes with the features we were looking for saving us time. This was important to us as we flew in for only a few days. Rich was also there to lend an experienced opinion, because after the fifth home, they all started to look the same. He was able to point out things we might have otherwise missed!Richard was able to provide total service to purchasing a home. Although you can use your own financing, Diane from Supreme Lending was very diligent in getting us the best rate out there. I highly recommend using Diane Tomasini. Richard was at every meeting with the builder, home inspector and also at the closing. Unlike the sale of our home in Chicago, the whole process here in Texas could not have gone any smoother,. We purchased a beautiful home six months ago, are extremely happy with everything provided from Red Lion. Best of all? Richard still keeps in touch to make sure things are going well!

    Just call them! Honestly, I dont think its possible to do it better.Richard and his team were incredible. Despite the many clients they work with, and the brutal market conditions, they made us feel special, and Im sure thats the case for everybody else. Richard went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we wanted, no rush, no pressure, at our own pace. We ended up purchasing a to-be-built home and he was there every step of the way (one year), unlike other real state agents that disappear until closing day to get their cut. The experience couldnt have been better. By the way, we did it remotely from out-of-state, which complicates things quite a lot, and yet it was seamless. We feel so fortunate to have found him. 10 stars!
