We could not have custom-ordered a better realtor! Even in another city (Dallas), Rani was impressively knowledgeable and proved to be an unbelievable negotiator. Seriously- we built a home in a new community and he negotiated so much off the base price of the home, the agent asked us not to tell any other home owners about it! Without Rani, we would not have been able to select all our gorgeous upgrades and be moving into a dream home! Why are you still reading this... CALL HIM NOW.

We met Rani through a random open house that we decided to check out. After meeting several agents, we knew he was the perfect fit for us to work with. He was very relaxed about everything, and never pushy, while still being SO knowledgeable and helpful while purchasing our first home. Even after closing, he has responded to every text and question we have had. I highly recommend working with Rani and a million thank yous wouldnt be enough for the time and effort he put into our house searching.

Great experience.I started working Erin K. by chance about a month ago when I was looking for a new apartment, and it was great to find someone who is prompt, professional, and well organized.After our initial conversation regarding budget, area, and desired amenities she sent over a spreadsheet outlining several options that hit all of my criteria. She set up all the touring, made all the phone calls and did most of the legwork. It was clear from the get go that she is very knowledgeable about the market, andshe stayed in contact throughout.When we landed a place she even sent a little housewarming gift for my pup. Overall working with Erin was the best part of a really stressful process. 12/10.

These guys saved me after a few days of very unsuccessfully trying to find an apartment on my own, moving from NYC to ATX in a few short weeks. I spotted their office across the street from my last terrible apartment tour. I was completely defeated, and at their door 5 minutes past the time their office closed.As I walked away, they opened the door and welcomed me in. I explained my situation (flight back to NY the next day) and got on it.Joseph asked me tons of questions, booked 5 appointments before my flight, joined and drove me to all viewings, found, and landed me to my new place in the best part of town for me, and under budget.I cannot recommend this crew enough. I cant say enough about Ranis services! Hes AMAZING! He contacted me immediately, he was prepared with Several options for me to look at that were All awesome options. He was courteous and receptive to courtesy. He followed through with me contacting the owners and stayed in contact with me all the way until I got the keys to the property. Prior to getting in contact with Rani I had dealt with two different realtors, those Realtors paled in comparison to Ranis attentiveness. I am more than happy with his services and I will refer him as well as looking forward to working with him in the future.

I was so happy to get recommended to this company and have Rachel Lavin as my agent. She was very helpful to me in knowing Austin so well - since I was new to the city, Rachels extra effort to help me navigate neighborhoods was so helpful. I have stayed in my apartment now for 2 renewals and will definitely reach back out again whenever I should need to move again. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Both lists of apartments she sent me had multiple units that were exactly what I was looking for and included all of my must haves. I fell in love with the first apartment we viewed and with her help we secured it. Within a couple days of working with her I signed a lease and couldn’t recommend her services enough.
