I had been dealing with a persistent water sound issue for several months, and he promptly identified the source in the attic and resolved it efficiently. On his way out, he noticed that my front door’s knob was loose and the weather stripping was damaged. He fixed these problems as well, including a messed-up screw on the front door that had been making me feel unsafe. I am incredibly grateful for his professionalism and the quality of his work. My AC went out on Saturday and no one contacted me from the after hour maintenance a courtesy call would have been nice just to say hey we are busy and we will get to you soon but instead it was complete silence… So on Monday morning I reached out again and they said they would transfer it to regular maintenance team. Within and hour I got a call to schedule the appt. And Rene came and checked my unit and he was very professional and was able to find the problem quickly! Mr. Rene M came to work on the electrical work in the living space and dining room area of my home and fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes! He also replaced my garage sensors that were going out. On my first visit, He ordered the part about 3 weeks ago but i cancelled the request because the garage started working on and off. So when he returned to do the electrical work today (another request), he went ahead and replaced both sensors on the garage. He was very helpful and did a great job on the request! I will recommend Rene to anyone having trouble with house work. Great Man for the Job!

Dee Blalock was wonderful during an orientation my husband and I did, before we rented our home. Now this home is dated from1981 but the update of the home is wonderful. Very minor issues after our move in, but overall very professional service. I give thanks and praises, because we only had 1 week to secure a home, and when I tell you Progress was on top of things! Everyone has their own individual experiences to life but I believe and it was succeeded. May Progress and my family have a lovely experience.❤️

UPDATE: Sarah from the advocacy team reached out to me after my initial review. Progress made a commendable effort to redeeming this situation. It is because of the quality service and the rectification of our situation I am updating my review. I just want to say, Thank you and kudos to your customer support team!We rented from progress for about 3 months. We paid to break the lease early which wasnt the problem. The problem is they found a way to keep as much of the deposit as possible. The house was gross when we moved in. It smelled but they blamed that on us and claimed they needed to replace the entire upstairs carpet. It was a convenient argument for them because we had our dogs there as well. Even though you pay fees to have animals upfront and monthly. I know people with animals say this all the time, but my wife and I are hyper aware of our animals ability to make a mess. This is why we restricted them to one area and keep them kenneled when in the house. We also paid to have the carpet and house professionally cleaned even though we had only been there 3 months. I took it on the cheek because their contract is ironclad and no way the leasee can get out of it. It wasnt worth the fight, but I am doing the one thing that I can do to fight back and that is this review. I will never rent from Progress and you should not either.

I’ve been renting a house with Progress for a year and I have to say they’ve been amazing! Super fast answers to my questions, the move in process was a breeze, and the maintenance is top notch. Most recently our A/C went out but luckily Eulices V. came to check it out super quick and it was fixed in no time. They’ve honestly been very responsive to all maintenance requests, and it seems like they hire the best guys out there. Lastly, the house was in great great condition when we moved in. Our HVAC was not working properly in the high 100+ degree heat in Texas. Carlos Molina came out on to the emergency call on his day off and determined exactly what the problem was in no time. Since this is the busiest time of the year for HVAC, it took longer than expected to get the issues resolved but Progress took very good care of us. I’d have to say this was the best experience of customer service from a rental company I have ever had. Great company. Very responsiv.e. Gave us a great deal on a 2 yr lease with no rent increase. We love our home and neighborhood. I will say when you move in take pics of everything that needs fixing and reporting it within your first 30 days. The people they hire to do the renovations seem a little sloppy and didnt paint everything. I forgot to tell them but because I had pics dated the day we moved in they came out and fixed it. No major issues so far. Its been 1 yr here. Paying rent on time also builds your credit.

Our home was clean and had been renovated prior to moving in. The process was quick, and if I had any questions I was able to get the answers in a timely manner. Yolanda was who help us at the end of the move in process, and she was phenomenal! There was a minor error with out paperwork, and she was on it! She had contacted the appropriate people, and everything was fixed within a couple hours. We received our keys flawlessly. So far I have been very impressed with this company. This has made our move from out of state so much easier. We highly recommend this company.

With that said - my A/C unit went out yesterday evening.RENE M. - Maintenance Personnel - of Progress Residential was very helpful addressing my maintenance concerns. He came the day the service order was placed in the rent portal and he had all equipment required to complete the job in less than hour. He stayed a few minutes afterwards to ensure all repairs were accurate.Not only did he correct all issues timely and efficiently - he also took the time to explain things to me and also provided prevention techniques to avoid my these issues in the future !!!Thank you Rene M.!Carlos - Maintenance Personnel - of Progress Residential was very helpful addressing my maintenance concerns. He definitely addressed all maintenance issues and also advised how I could handle these items on my own in the future. I’m still a new renter who just moved into a house in Willis, TX. My experience has been top notch. I’ve worked with Yolanda and she’s been very helpful and kind. I had a couple repairs submitted and they got them scheduled quickly. I’ve had no interaction with the repair person beyond scheduling an appointment, but I’m guessing they’ll be similarly pleasant (I’ll update if I’m wrong). They offered to fix my minor issues the very next day, but I wasn’t available. They were flexible with my schedule and we found a mutually beneficial time within a week of my repair request.I came to Progress from a different property management company that was an absolute nightmare for 2 straight years. They treated renters terribly, even ones who pay rent early every month and keep the property in excellent shape. The difference with Progress has been surprising in the best way. Lots of time for my impressions to change, but so far, I’m a happy camper. Me and my bully breed dog also appreciate the no breed restrictions. That sealed the deal for me. Once I read their pet policy, I exclusively shopped their available inventory of homes and found a winner. I’ll update if anything changes, but so far, so good!

Our a/c was not working. Progressive sent Carlos out and Im glad they sent him. We have had good technicians come out but Carlos was by far the BEST one weve ever had. He was very respectful and patient. He took his time in explaining what was wrong with our a/c and made sure we were taken care of. His customer service skills were beyond amazing. I have kids and I felt comfortable with him in our home. We had no worries and he treated us as if we were family. Thank you Carlos for your excellent customer service skills and fixing our a/c. We are now cooling off.

Currently renting from this management company and they seem to be really great honestly. The homes that they have are very nice and Smart Homes with a lot of features that other regular houses dont provide. And we had a tough time getting approved when we were selling our house to get a rental and they pulled through right at the last minute 2 days before we had to be out of the house completely and pretty much saved us. We got denied by a lot of other people due to the house that being on our credit still and they were gracious enough to be there for us when we needed it most. I would love to stay renting from them for as long as we are renting. The house we are in now honestly I love. I wish it was a tiny bit bigger but overall Im very happy here. They dont come knocking on your door like some landlords do either which can get very annoying. They trust that youre taking care of the house and that just alone makes me appreciate them as well because they trust us like that. We really enjoy having them as our landlord and management service. I highly highly recommend using them and seeing what they have available before others.

Application and move-in process were fast and smooth! We applied to 2 other property management companies and Progress Residential had the most seamless process of all. We received a pre-approval within about 24 hrs, and completely approved in about 3 days. I loved the move in process, it was all done remotely. Customer service has been excellent. We are loving our rental, and would recommend Progress Residential.

It is a little scary to pay the amount of money that they ask you to put down. It is well worth the chance we had terrible credit and still was able to get the home. The customer service is outstanding (Nellie). Weve lived in an apartment before, and that was terrible. Progressive rental offered us many accommodations when our pipes froze. Luckily, they did not bust but still tried to accommodate us in a timely manner. I would recommend this rental company into anybody that is looking for very good tenant

I just wanna thank t Ms Angela Hawkins the Director and Larissa morales Crystal Lighttherat Progress Residential. The team have really worked hard with assisting me in my family. The staff members are very cool. They will try everything they can to handle things in a timely matter. I can actually say everything with them is just the email away and very easy to call them. Even if it’s an emergency I have witnessed them work very hard. The on boarding department are very friendly. They work very hard to handle my situation some of the supervisors very nice like Ms Taryn Bigelow she were very professional and handle things very quick. She understood me even if you have special accommodation like being deaf she made it easy for me to understand I actually care about the families trying get them and a home. And team leader like Mr Omaru Pewee he was very nice and down to earth work very hard to make sure that he help me accommodate all my needs for me and my children. I would recommend this company to anyone rather it’s just renting house, choice, voucher, or anything you would not feel like it’s a scam. They are working all around the clock. Carlos and Miguel were awesome! They arrived early, calling asking if they could come and sort out our HVAC. Lucky for me I had to go to work so this worked perfectly. They were courteous, professional and very straightforward. They gave us the best deal and service in town. They did a fantastic job and did it as quick as possible, even though the job was more complicated than previously thought. They ran out, grabbed the parts needed and were back very quickly. Troubleshooted our issue and fixed it fast. 10/10 service, will definitely do business with them again. The highest recommendation I could give goes to these two.
