I have just signed another 1 year lease with Nix. I can say I have not ever had a problem. If I need something done at my apartment, it is normally did the day I tell them about it, or the next day. The guys who do the air conditioners are always very nice and courteous. I had the pleasure of meeting Seth today, and can say he was very nice and courteous as well.

I’ve rented from them for about a year and a half , leaving the state so thought I’d leave a review on my experience ! They were quick with repairs and professional and respectful when coming to the house for maintenance. My house filled with smoke on a Sunday and they answered the phone told me what to do and had someone out to fix it same day. I had a water leak in the bathroom, fixed same day! The house was a little dirty when I moved in and the nicotine stains started to come through after a month from previous renters, but I was in a rush to get in so that may have been me just rushing the process, I saw what the previous renters did to the place so I absolutely understood and it wasn’t anything I couldn’t handle. Overall great experience and would rent again if I ever came back.

The new maintenance man, Kyle is absolutely amazing! He always goes above and beyond to ensure every issue is taken care of properly before he leaves. Nix is lucky to have him, and we are grateful to have such a wonderful maintenance man!

I relocated to Mineral Wells from San Diego California I had never been to Mineral Wells. I was referred to Nix Rental homes by a friend. I got on their site and quickly found a duplex that I wanted. The process was quick and easy and I was able to move in right away.That was in October and I am so very pleased with my decision whenever I put in a maintenance request its addressed the very same day. The staff is very friendly and helpful.I would recommend Nix to anyone, they definitely live up to their reputation.

Ive rented from many places but Nix is probably one of the best places to rent from in mineral wells. They have wonderful/friendly staff. They always great you with a smile. They take care of any issues you may have with your rental in a quick manner. They care about their properties. The staff helped me last minute find a house when I needed it and fast. With in two days from finding it I was living in it. I refer Nix to anyone thats looking for a rent house!!

My husband and I have rented for a year now. Maintenance is always quick to fix things, and anytime weve spoke with people at the front office, theyre always very kind. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

I love their homes I think theyve really did a lot of good work good job I still think they should give more other people chances it shouldnt be based on your previous rumors because these are homes that has been here for years and the area that were in is just a hard place to rent from and I understand that people they can be trash but not all Second Chance people are just personal opinion

I have rented from Nix for 3 almost 4 years. They are good landlords. Always friendly when I call or have an issue and always fixing whatever needs to be fixed right away. Would recommend them if you are looking for a great landlord.

Havent had them as landlords very long because they just bought the property i currently live in but i can say so far so good. Kelli has been really amazing at answering any questions weve had due to the changes and is making sure everything in our home is in good condition. Very happy with everything and recommend them to anyone looking to rent a place.

I highly recommend this company. When we first moved in there was concern on something and they IMMEDIATELY came out and took care of the issue. When our hot water heater went out, they again, came out IMMEDIATELY and replaced the tank. The workers they have sent out have been VERY professional and extremely nice. Take care of their place and they will take care of you. Thank you Nix! :)

So far my experience with nix has been okay, they are pretty easy to work with as long as you get your rent paid on time and whatnot. Maintenance comes pretty quick after you submit a request as long as its not a weekend and they come regularly to service your a/c, every month.
