We are current renters with Mt. Pleasant, TX, Premier Residential and Townhomes.Our family relocated to Mount Pleasant, TX, around Christmas 2024. We are beyond grateful to have met Michael and his Premier Residential and Townhomes. We had to make a fairly quick move due to the sale of our former house. Michael worked with us to have our move made within two weeks.Our first townhome was comfortable and fairly modern. We were located adjacent to a beautiful park with tons of trees, a pond, and concrete walking path. Our family, and dogs, really enjoyed the house.Later in 2024, Michael had a vacancy in a larger townhome and worked with us to move into another one of his homes. Michael supported us and heled transition deposits to minimize the immediate financial impact. We really enjoy our second townhome. The appliance are moderns and the house is designed to support modern appliances like washers, dryers, and refrigerators. The interior and exterior are well maintained. Again, we are adjacent to a park and located centrally in Mount Pleasant.We have had two maintenance issues while renting with Michael and both were addressed within one day. Our family has not rented a house in over 20 years (we sold our home to move to Mount Pleasant). I have been pleasantly surprised working with Michael and his team. We feel like we are members of a neighborhood!If you are looking to relocate to Mount Pleasant, Texas, we highly recommend contacting Michael!

Beautiful homes with great amenities. The owner was easy to communicate with and move in was easy. Maintenance is up to date. Safe neighborhood.
