As a military family we move every 2-3 years and have dealt with multiple realtors and I can say Juribia and Maria have been the best by far. We gave them a very specific want list and they met every single item. They were patient, exceeded expectations, and provided clear and consistent communication throughout the entire process. We were not present for our final walk through and they ensured that the final walk through of our house was covered down to the most tedious detail because they wanted to make sure the builders delivered a clean and high expectations house. They both went above and beyond going to our home for FaceTime walk through with us, given we purchased out of state. When we had any questions they handled them that same day by speaking with the builders and sellers to get us an answer within the hour.
