I recently connected with Chris in an attempt to locate a rental property in the DFW area with a 2 car garage. The lack of options I could find in my price range was very disheartening, and my previous attempt to purchase a house in one of the nations hottest markets was a brutal experience that left a very bitter taste in my mouth. However, Chris informed me the market has changed drastically since my previous flogging. While I was hesitant to believe it would be anything short of an all out war with other buyers, Chris informed me it was not only possible, but that we may be able to close before my deadline (60 days), with possible builder/seller incentives (unheard of when Dallas was hot). He helped me to understand and navigate through the chaos very easily.Now, approximately 30 days after we started the process, I closed on a new construction home that meets all of my needs and is still under budget. Chris was helpful, informative, punctual, and kept pressure on the loan officers and builder as needed to ensure I would be in the house in the shortest timetable possible. To say I will be eternally grateful to him for helping me achieve my dream of home ownership is an understatement!So, if your in need of someone to help you locate your next place to put down roots, put your trust in Chris. I can’t say enough great things about Magnet Realty! They are AMAZING! Chris is such a nice guy and is easy to work with. We wanted to look at houses on a day Chris was busy and he set us up with Kim who is also at Magnet Realty and we were so impressed! She was the best real estate agent EVER! She spent 6 hours helping us find the right rental for our family. She was kind, caring, and she anticipated what we would like. She went above and beyond to keep us in contact and updated about the whole process. Chris and Kim were so helpful, and responsive. So grateful to have found the house we wanted and to have made a few friends in the process. 10/10 recommend!!!

Chris was a phenomenal agent. I had never sold a home before and he was able to walk me through it. He was knowledgeable about the whole process. Responded quickly to my texts, calls, and emails.I couldn’t decide if I wanted to rent or buy another home, I thought about buying another home and he put into contact with a lender and they had me pre approved quickly, but I eventually ended up renting. I was stressed out about finding a place to live after my house sold and he was just as worried about me and my son having a place to go. So he worked quickly to find me a rental and get me into it. He communicated with the agent that was representing the person I rented my new house from, and basically took care of the whole process for me.The day my house closed that I was selling the buyer had an issue with my grass not being cut, and Chris found and paid for someone to cut the grass at my house. The buyer also had an issue with the lawn not being watered so Chris was going to take his own water hose and go over and water the lawn for me.Chris went above and beyond in every way possible. I could not have asked for a better agent. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, he will make the process as easy as possible and make sure you are taken care of. I could not have gotten a better agent. I am so glad that I just chose him at random, was the best decision to use him as my agent.

So when I 1st applied for a home loan and found out that my score was a little low. Chris took the time out with me to show step by step on how to raise my credit score. I would ask him “ Chris am I there yet?” And he would run my credit to check my scores. He had my best interest at heart. Most realtors won’t take the time out to show you how to get there. I strongly recommend Chris because he is very knowledgeable and down to earth. All around great guy to have in your corner.

We used Chris to purchase our home in the North DFW area and our experience with him has been amazing. In this market, it has been incredibly difficult to find a home to meet our needs. We had been looking for close to a year and had dealt with our fair share of bad realtors. When we met Chris, our first impression was that he was very polite and professional. He didn’t attempt a sales pitch and try to sell us on any of the homes but instead searched for what was in our best interests. Unlike other realtors we’d dealt with before, he attempted to get us the best deal possible. We ended up purchasing a home with a 5 month waiting period and will be able to take possession at the end of May. Chris was very patient and understanding throughout the process and kept in constant communication along the way. This was so reassuring and a tremendous blessing as other realtors we’d dealt with in the past simply dropped the ball and we had to constantly be on the lookout for homes ourselves. When you have someone in your corner looking out for you, it makes a world of a difference. If there was ever an issue, Chris was right on top of it. Chris is a fantastic realtor. My husband and I were making a huge move across the country and I was about ready to give up. My journey with Chris started in Febuary 2019. I found myself newly divorced after a long time and suddenly in need of a place of my own. Chris and I looked at a lot of houses but I was looking for something just right. Chris showed up on time with a smile everytime and would help me basically talk myself out of a house......if he didnt think it was right for me hed tell me why based on my previous nit picks. Chris was just helpful and I dont know how else to put it. He metaphorically held my hand through the whole process. His wife (who I met briefly) even helped some through the process. Finally, we found the one (March 2020) and now here I sit, in my new house, writing this review.
