Lindale rentals was my gateway into Texas, and I signed a lease from 850 miles away. I worked with Toni to try and get everything set up and she made it very easy for me to get everything done! The units are nice, neighborhood is mostly quiet, and the back yards are big enough for kids to throw a football comfortably. If I ever had an issue I would get ahold of Toni, and she would always be there as soon as she could to fix it herself, or get somebody that could! If I ever need a living space in the future, I would definitely pick lindale rentals again.

We stayed in one of the duplexes in Rolling Meadows for about a year and a half, while our house was being built. Toni was the BEST! She was ALWAYS quick to respond to us when we had questions, or needed any maintenance work done.

I just love everything about the neighborhood. It’s so quiet, the duplex is really nice, you can not hear your neighbors, the kids play and they have fun, you can sit on the front porch area at night or in the morning and enjoy it. The duplex are pretty big the garage is great for storing items that you don’t need. The back yard is a good size and is fenced in. I just love everything about it here. I’m so glad I made the decision to move here. Toni is very friendly and very respectful and if you have a problem she will take care of it the same day or if she can’t she will let you know when she will be able to fix it. She is the best landlord anybody could ever ask for. Again Toni thank you so much for showing me the duplex I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.... ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I wish I could give it more than 5 stars!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I gave 5 starts for several reasons. Toni took the time to show me the duplex via face time. I was in Alaska and needed to rent a place unseen. The duplex matched the pictures! The paperwork was quick and easy. Toni knows exactly what shes doing. Shes absolutely amazing. Im glad I rented here. The neighbor hood is great to. Lots of kids for my daughter to play with and it just feels safe.

We’ve lived on Rolling Meadows Drive for about 6 months. The manager, Toni, has been absolutely amazing to work with! There have been a few minor issues come up and each and every time I have reached out it is handled within a few hours or by the next day. She is extremely professional and goes above and beyond. She is always easy to get a hold and is on top of making sure the area stays presentable. It’s a peaceful little spot and our boys have enjoyed the neighborhood. We love the fact that it has a cul-de-sac at the end which limits traffic in and out.

It was a pleasure to work with Toni. Anytime there was an item that needed to be fixed she was prompt to reply and set up a time to fix it. We ended up having to move before our lease was up due to my husband’s employment and she was very good about communication! The duplex’s themselves were soundproof with attached neighbors and the layout worked very well for us. Would definitely rent from them again if in that area!

We have lived on Rolling Meadows for 3 years and we absolutely LOVE it. The property manager is very nice and is very helpful. If any issues arise she always responds within a few hours, a day at the latest. Prices are reasonable for the Lindale area. I love that there is a cul de sac at the end of the street for the kids to play safely. I used to live in an apartment and hated it because of how thin the walls were, I haven’t had that issue in the last 3 years we have been here in our duplex. We have had many neighbors and haven’t heard them at all. It’s a family friendly neighborhood and great for kids. I love how involved the property manager is, she is always trying to keep our neighborhood a safe and clean place. The duplexes are very nice. The rooms are spacious and plenty of closet space.

From moving in to moving out I have had the best renting experience I have ever had. I was new to the area when I moved in so buying wasnt something I wanted to do right away. We lived at Rolling Meadows for a little over a year. There were very few things that went wrong, but if I needed something fixed or noticed something wasnt quite right I just let Toni know and she was on it. Its country living with a sense of security by having neighbors right next door. The duplex was spacious, clean, and well-cared-for. I have recommended to several people looking to rent over the last year that they should see if there will be any vacancies soon.

If you are looking for an amazing place to live, this is the place for you! The properties are very well kept and totally worth price.Also Toni, the manager, is AWESOME! If you have any kind of request she is more than prompt and will usually be there the day you ask for help.I would highly recommend this place to everyone!
