I have lived in one of their properties (various locations) for almost 30 years. They have always been easy for me to work with when signing new leases or moving in to a new property thats available. Also, some of the maintenance guys might as well be local celebrities with how cool they are!

Kessling Services has been serving for at least a decade as my property manage for a house I own in Corpus Christi. I can say in all honesty that he looks out for my best interest in all areas from getting the local property tax down to the lowest possible level to making sure the property is kept occupied with reputable tenants. I no longer live in the Corpus Christi area and I can tell you I sleep better knowing that my property is under his care.
