    I have been living here for a few months now. What I experienced and have experienced here at Kelly Oaks was a very friendly and professional office staff. Very kind and respectful. I had no problem at all. I am very happy with my unit I feel at home. The maintenance crew is the best they fix everything I need in a very quick and timely manner.Thank you!     I would like to share some positive feedback regarding this community. I have highly Enjoyed my stay at Keller Oaks. There have been some moments that Ive needed assistance (I cant name them all), but you were there. Thanks to a Wonderful Agent, that was an Assistant Manager and should have been more. Above ALL, she is a Great person, very welcoming, polite, charming and educated in her skill. Ive never seen her stressed out and unwilling to listen or respond.     I have only been living here for a month. But the front office, maintenance staff and repair crew are sweet. They just came over asap and repaired everything in my apartment. I had a power outage because of my electric company but the emergency person at the complex showed up about 20 minutes later (this was at 7am) to make sure it was not on their side. So far I like this place.

    My wife and I lived here for a year and a half, and enjoyed it. The complex is big and the trash gets full almost every week. The apartments were remodeled recently but are still old. Our doors and windows leaked air, so when walking past them you could feel a draft of the outside air. Towards the end of our lease the neighbors were getting increasingly loud and cars were coming at all times of the day and night. But it wasnt all bad the complex is in a good location. The rent is affordable and the new leasing managers are outstanding. For us, it was a perfect starter apartment.

    Negatives to me result in what it would result to in any apartment complex in America. There will always be neighbors, and as long as you are note paying a mortgage for a house, then a lot of these complaints are irrelevant. My neighbors above me are extremely loud, and I know that they do it on purpose. They will vacuum at random hours of the night, like past midnight. I understand that they have kids, but the noise is loud because of the floors. But the apartments are over 30 years old, how one fault an employee can how has only been working there for a few years or less for the developers of the complex? The staff always works with me, and when I am short, they make sure that I am not stressed over rent and fees. I have never had an apartment complex tell me well if you pay this much, then you should be good until this day. The neighbors I mention earlier about the noise. It got to the point to where I was fed up and banged the ceiling to trying to silence, I ended up busting a whole in the ceiling. Just another proof of how thin the ceiling is, but when I told them what happened, they had it fixed within a few days of my request, and did not make me feel as if I was wrong for punching a hole in the ceiling. Yes, it is somewhat pricey, and makes you realize that if you can afford to rent a house then why not, because the price would be similar. But if one does not have the option to do so, then take what you get. Just like you all were able to leave a review on goggle, these reviews have been here for 2 to 3 years it appears. I guess one should do more research before moving.

    Always a great experience when walking in the office. Any work orders get taken care of in a timely manner. I’m loving all the changes they are doing to the property, especially the landscaping that has been neglected for a long time.

    I experienced at Kelly Oaks that was pretty friendly to us we didnt have any kind of problems at all. We were just on the property to look at apartments that we can remember at this time they showed his kindness and also respect thats what we felt. I gave him a 5 point star because of the the property was nice and clean on that day. The lady had a sweet spirit and we just enjoy the conversation with her professional she showed as a manager and I think thats very important for business thank you so much :-)

    Nothing is perfect and everyone has issues that they expect resolved. With that said, I am sad that I have to move for military reasons. I love my remodeled apartment and love the Manager. Very animal friendly place. Lots of room to walk dogs and yes sometimes the dumpsters do overflow. But its a large apartment complex and not really at the fault of others. So all in all I give this place a 5 star because of not just the property managers but because of the residents. I have never had an issue here and quite the opposite. Everyone is friendly and smile and say hi. HIghly encourage anyone to move here.

    Great staff from the manager Garron all the way down and regional very accommodating to my time and efforts as well as their tenants. Very friendly environment and a fun place to service for myself. Also to those that put bad reviews it was the pest company and when they realized it they changed to us First Class Pest And Termite control they contribute quite alot monthly to fix all the mess ups and issues from prior company. You have no idea. Thank you report ur issues and they will be resolved. The regional and Garron work hard on these issues daily. Thank you.

    The property is always very clean, Maribel is a great person, very attentive, helpful, every time I go she welcomes me with a big smile and helps me in any situation. I have had excellent customer service and very professional, Manager Jazmín also personally Every time I have been there, he has treated me very well and with a very good attitude and a very good smile. It is really my personal opinion. I have nothing to say about the office and the property itself, very quiet and in terms of maintenance, the order that has been put in place by the order application that they go and complete it I really feel very comfortable in this property everything is good the only thing that in my opinion is the gym hours that should always be open but otherwise there are no complaints
