The application process was smooth! Applied on Friday and they got back with me on Monday! Spouse and I were praying that we get this place because of how beautiful and spacious it is. Spouse is in Korea and I just medically separated from the military. I was in charge with looking for places for his next assignment! Isbell Rental made our day and relieved us from looking for a place to live, especially coming back from Korea!!! Thank you for a smooth process!!!

Being deployed and needing a place to stay when I returned home to the states, they made the home viewing/lease signing process super simple, stress free and were more than accommodating/understanding given the time zone difference and my situation. She was in contact with the vendor that I found making things much more easier for me. They communicated with us and let us know what was going on with our process. Seeing the property was quick and easy. As well as the lease. They work with you. I had to react to a sudden move and was not ready to sell my property. I was told about how Isbell Rentals could help get renters into the property quickly so that I would not have to worry so much about eating two separate mortgages. They took care of EVERYTHING when I left which was such a relief. Their repair estimates were extremely fair for getting the house into renting order and they were realistic and fair with their rental rate suggestions. We got all repairs, cleaning, and contracts done within a month of me moving (very fast if you havent dealt with this before) and I am very happy with the results. The portal that they use is really helpful for me to monitor everything going on there (repairs, maintenance requests, payments, etc.) and they really care to keep in touch so that I am kept up to date. I HIGHLY recommend giving them a call if youre considering using property managers for your own property or even if youre looking to rent.

Everytime Ive walked into their establishment I was always greeted by pleasant staff members, the atmosphere is very clean, welcoming and professional. They are very knowledgeable and was able to assist me with all my questions and concerns. My situation became unique in the midst of receiving approval and I hit a road block, not once did anyone make me feel uncomfortable or as a burden since I made lots of visits and calls. We are a military family that PCSd away and we chose to list our property for rent with Isbell, and couldnt be happier with the outcome! We ended up receiving an offer to purchase while it was off the sales market that we took. The deal closed seamlessly thanks to Madison, Sandy, and the rest of the team at Isbell. Minimising response time to tenants.SOME Property Management companies areNot So Prompt,(I wont mention JWC Jim Wright Co.🙄),as Ive had tenants explain to me; I turned in my work request a month ago. To which I reply; We received fax for your repair 2 days ago,The office called THEN to schedule you & Im here the next day.🤷🏻‍♂️Colonial is anotherPrompt attention rental management company.But I digress.Also,Mr. Isbell is a very nice, professional person as are the office staff very nice & professional.I have not however rented from them. But as per tenant comments Ive heard nothing but positive comments.

As a landlord, I came over to Isbell Rentals after paying out of pocket to terminate a contract with another local property management agency; my main issue was the inability to get a hold of someone when I needed to most. I had great luck with Isbell Rentals with initial communication as well as the admin/advertising team, and we even got my property rented within about a month. The online portal is simple to use, too. I will admit that I’ve had to reach out directly to get updates on maintenance a few times after not receiving updates. My only ask for improvement would be to be more communicative with the property owners when vendor estimates are sent out/work is completed. Thank you overall for a so far pleasant experience and I hope the next year (or more) go just as well!

It’s one of the few management companies that allow combined incomes from someone other than a spouse in the application process. As a single mom, that is extremely important. I would have given five stars if, as all other companies I’ve rented from in the past ten years, they would prorate the rent upon move out.

After managing two single family rent houses myself for a year, I had to turn to Isbell Properties for help. Isbell helped me evict the tenants, repair both properties, clean both properties, and find new rent-paying tenants. This was a huge value-add all around! Both houses were left a wreck by the prior tenants and one required constant sprays for roaches while the other required spray for fleas. I appreciate Isbells thoroughness in their inspection reports, each of which includes hundreds of pictures with commentary. Also, the new monthly rental rates Isbell was able to lease both properties at was higher than our previous rents, which mostly paid for their monthly property management fee, creating a win-win for everyone. All around Isbell adds a lot of value to any landlord renting properties in the Killeen area. Thank you Sandy, Jessica, James, and the rest of the Isbell team!

First of all these guys at Isbell Rentals have amazing customer service. The two ladies at the front desk greeted me when I walked in, Answered all my questions and then some. Sandy is great she helped me throughout the whole process and explained everything very well and addressed all my concerns as well. Would definitely recommend renting through them.

I would like to highlight a staff in particular…Ms: Hill she was very professional and provided speedy information to my questions. I appreciated the positive and corrective feedback. I don’t know if they work off kind of incentives but she truly deserves some recognition. I was not in the best of moods when I was inquiring, but during the engagement I’m not sure if it was her inviting/engaging demeanor or just the fact she knew the answers to my questions and didn’t get frustrated when I asked more. I have to take my time when making big decisions and she didn’t mind answering my questions so I can be well informed. I just want to say thank you again. If you are seeking some apartments I give the apartments over there 5 stars and their staff!!!check them out. Highly recommend Isbell. This is the type of business that actually works for you. They are efficient and reliable. They are owner friendly and definitely will work with you as long as you communicate. I’m currently deployed and had to do everything overseas. My house was a disaster and they repaired everything and made my house look like a home again. They effectively communicated with me and left me without any concerns or worries. The process was fast and easy. So far no hidden agendas. Honestly, because I never heard of them I felt skeptical but so far they have been a huge blessing.
