All my adult life, Ive played roulette with plucking apartments from a slew of Google search results or apartment listing sites. That served me moderately well for a while. But then (and I dont recall how we became acquainted), I met Caroline. I didnt even know that realtors were setup for (or interested in) helping people find apartments!Caroline changed all that for me. About a year ago she helped me find a fantastic privately-owned apartment that I never wouldve found if not for her. And now, in 2024, shes helped me find my first (rental) home. Im so tickled to have a place all to myself. Couldnt be happier. But again, if not for Caroline, I would not have had the wherewithal to complete the rather onerous application process.I can tell that shes a genuinely kind and helpful person at her core, but the lengths she went to in advocating for me to get this place was just light-years beyond. To put it into perspective — and to say nothing of her many communications with the property manager for the house — she endured no fewer than 50 emails between us, in just over 2 weeks.I cant imagine that the commission on a rental property is anything approaching that of a house. Which is why I was so spectacularly shocked that she 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 promptly answered my emails and gave just so much dang time and attention to my case. Every action she took to help me get into this house was genuinely heartwarming and made me feel like I mattered, even though I didnt have a bankroll to buy a house.Carolines hard work ethic is a cut above and shes one of the friendliest people Ive ever met.
